I just went from 18 mg to 12 mg 3 days ago. No problems so far. I was having fear of the unknown when it was time to start the 12 mg but told myself I still had some 18 mg if needed. I feel nothing different and would like to go lower but I don't want to rush anything. I might buy something in zero nic just to see how it is and how long I can go on it. I'm just very curious. I've got a feeling I'm not nearly as addicted to nic as I always thought . That would be awesome

I'm doing the same thing - I am craving more nic sometimes, but it's been manageable. Still have plenty of 18mg (and some 24!) that I can use if needed.

I'm starting to think my addiction to smoking was only visual. I love the taste of my e-liquid and making big clouds but it seems no nicotine works well for me. Yesterday I was vaping some 12mg and didn't feel good (I probably vape more than most, all day in my office.. so far my puff counter reads 322 for the day)

Anyone else have success with 0mg? Think I may stick with 0mg-6mg at most from now on.
When I vaped I would fill a Vivi Nova tank 4 or 5 times on a weekend day. Less than that during workweek. I left the flavor out. . .then I ACCIDENTLY left the Nicotine out. My story. . .I claim after 52 years of smoking, (2.5 PAD when I started vaping), I accidently quit smoking using e-cigs and this forum. Feb 6th was my last vape. Good Luck with your quit(s).

Cheers,

For those who are struggling with lack of TH at zero nic.

I use a RBD and I can get more TH even with zero nic by simply adjusting the position of the coil in relation to the deck and airhole. On my RM2 I just raise the coil up a tiny bit higher over the deck. Airhole affects the amount of vapor and the draw.

I just recently got over the sudden and intense craving for an analog now and then. When I started with cig-alikes I was overjoyed when I found carts with 30mg online. Yeah, I was that bad. Recently though, I started mixing less nic into my juices, and I'm hoping to do 0nic myself someday soon. I have several flavors in clearos at all times with different strengths and I switch them up pretty often. I'm starting to notice the ones with more nic now, and I don't like them as much.

I love the idea of putting a 0nic clearo or two in the group, I may just start turning to it more often than I think.

Yes Sweetie, Quit smoking. . .then. . .quit vaping. Feb 6th was my last vape. Took me 6 months to get rid of the "hand to mouthy. . .oral gratification" thingy. Don't mind being around vapers. . .can't say the same 'bout smokers. JMHO

I started at 24mg, dropped to 18mg after a couple weeks with no problem. A couple weeks later, dropped to 12mg with no problem. Here's where it got tough. I decided to go from 12mg to 6mg. By far the hardest step for me. I couldn't do it, it was too much of a drop so I had a B&M make me up a bottle of 9mg. It's better now. I figure I will stay at 9mg for a few weeks and try 6mg again.

I am down to 0-1 mg.

I do occasionally have bouts with depression or massive nic cravings that seem to only clear up with a couple hours vaping 6 mg. But that is only once or twice a month.

How do you get / make 1mg nic juice? I wanted to buy some 0mg juices and add nicotine but wasn't sure how it worked since I only saw it being offered in 6mg as the lowest

I now prefer 0 nic! I feel like even 6mg nic is a bit too spicy for me sometimes!! I started out at 18, then 12 for a while, then 6 for a long while, and now 0 with no regrets! I really enjoy it all day now with no headaches, or jitters!! :D congrats on joining the 0 nic club!! Woot woot .

Is there a noticeable difference in flavor difference going from 6mg to 0mg in the juices? I really hate throat hit as well, do some e juices even at 0mg have throat hit?

Can't wait to switch to 0mg nic

Yeah, 12 to 6 was really tough for me too.. Rough couple weeks

Now? After a couple months there, finding 6 is too much these days, LOL.. Still have a bunch left & vape it 75% of the time, but only been ordering 3mg now, which is barely any difference

Eventually will switch completely to 3 as the 6 is used up, then start ordering some 0 & see how that goes...
