so i have been off of cigarettes for 2 years now and i fully believe that vaping is less dangerous then smoking since there is no cancerous tars. i have had my sense of taste and smell back, and i am no longer winded easily and i have been feeling better for quite some time. i had some questions about vaping vs. smoking from the science aspect. i know i feel better, thats easy but what about the science of it? do you lungs get coated with any residue when you vape? does your cilia grow back? what about the alvoeli, how does vaping effect that erea. i am in no means here to critize vaping, i just wondered what happens to the juice as it is absorbed into our lungs? i even heard some BS from someone that it can cause pneumonia due to liquid from the juice being deposited on the lungs, i have doubts about that. i have been vaping for 2 years, no pneumonia. as someone who has been vaping for a while i just wondered if my lungs have fully healed yet, will they, and might i get cancer from my past smoking later in life even though i quit at 29 years old? anyways what are your guys thoughts on this topic?
