Been Vaping since 4/20!!!

Hi & Aloha from Hawaii!!

It all started with me buying my girlfriend Blu e-cig. She seems to likes it but after I trying the Blu I knew it was a weak attempt but started to love the idea of e-cigs.

I got caught up in a whirlwind researching everything to do with e-cigs in the last month.

Watching a ton of videos on youtube (GrimmGreen, MainelyVapor, VaporBabe too many to mention...).

Reading too many ECF post and visiting other forums and reviews like Vapenstein.

I finally wanted to get something really sleek and classy so I was looking at The Precise by Super-T Mfg.

Than I started to see VV mods wanted to buy the precious but there were always sold-out.

So I decided on the Provari when I finally saw The Darwin. That was the mod for me...
I tried checking the website 5+ times a day everyday for 2 weeks and on Sat. 4/16 I finally got one

A package containing my new Darwin arrived on April 20 or 420 guys.

I am loving my new Darwin!! I think it is the best mod I could have started with imho because it's so user friendly.

No batteries, days of vaping and super easy to use with a fool proof on/off folding swicth!!

Man this e-cig thing is addicting I bought stuff from Pinkspot, Avidvaper, Nhaler (obviously) and now just placed an order with Ikenvape and was thinking of get a pyrex drip tip from Theecig.

Now I have a bunch of atomizers, cartomizers, drip tips, 18 juices and just realized that 16 of those juices are kind of useless to me.

I started waking up every morning with clogged sinuses for like 2-3 hours. I was thinking that it could be the nicotine in the juice that was causing all the congestion.

Yes folks I am a non smoker of cigarettes but do like to partake in the 420 variety.

I then switched to juices with no nic and now I am congestion free in the morning.

I almost thought I had stop my new hobby before I had a chance to really begin.

Well here's to more vaping adventures

Wow you jumped right in didn't you? I've heard good things about the Darwin. The nicotine cause the congestion huh? I figured it would've been a reaction to the pg but it's best if you're not addicted to nic you stay that way. Vaping is a very enjoyable habbit/hobby. Welcome to ECF. Glad your gf likes her Blu some do and some don't.

glad to hear that you made the change as well, i am new to this as well! the main reason i am posting is because i noticed you are also on Oahu, and i plan on checking out the volcano vapor cafe in Honolulu, if you've been there how is it, if not you should check it out,its on my list of things to do =)

ShannonA I will try vaping an all VG juice with low nic just to see if it was the PG that was the problem.

I have been vaping 80/20 and 70/30 PG/VG mixes w/ 12-18 mg nic but never tried 100% VG. Thx for the tip!! Mahalo~

Zachman894 sup brah!! Yup been to Volcano on Kapahulu. That's where I got the zero nic juice 80/20 PG/VG.

Will definitely be back because I work part time as a Valet in the Hee Hing garage basement parking.

Yes, the place is the bomb if you want to sample juices to your heart galore and cruz free on the internet.

Nice decor and laid back ambiance go check'um out. One thing the owner seems like kind of a stuck up ... though.

Maybe because I see him driving his pimp car (Grey Lexus ISF with the Lic. Plate "Vaper") and is kind of snob with the "I don't give a F-ing where I park aire about him."

To his defense, his employees say he's a kool guy but that remains to be scene...

Eh, if we both get more into vaping (I know I am) we can hook up at Volcano if you like. lol

You can test my Darwin, sample all the juices I got and maybe even trade some. Hit me back if you like.

I am definitely goin to keep vaping, i find it not just an alternative to smoking but a neat little hobby. When i get more money and a better setup for home use imma buy and test lotsa different ejuices =P. meeting up is a definite possibility in the future, only problem being im new to the island and i live on pearl harbor/ hickam and i dont go offbase too much =( im pretty overwhelmed with all the highways lol
