Hey barb...I'm glad things are working better for you. I would like to apologize to Lacey as the pricing wasn't as bad as I initially thought, though I still think it's still a little high.

If you do a quick price comparison with Canadian vendors, I think you will agree. You can get a 901 or 801 from Vapes Mart - Canada's #1 Supplier of Personal Vaporizers and Accessories for $58.99 which I think is a good deal. He is also having a juice sale this weekend - 30ml for $19.99 (stay away from the vanilla as it's not very good).

There is also Electronic-ecigs http://electronic-cigz.com/eliquid.html - The pricing on the 401 is a bit high, but you can get JC liquid from them. The Tennessee Cured is very nice. Please note that the pricing is in US dollars.

You can get an even better deal from Happy Vaper - Quality Personal Vaporizers and DIY Smoke Liquid where a 510 (my personal favorite device) is $55 (using coupon code "VAPEHAPPY"). I got the "kit and kaboodle" bundle which you can purchase for $107.99 after rebate. So for less than the kit you are using, you can get a better unit which includes two atomizers (I highly recommend the manual batteries), usb pass-through, PCC, and a wall charger for the PCC. The pcc allows you to charge the batteries when you are out and about. It is amazing and a must have.

He lives in Richmond Hill and I saw a post about him meeting up with with someone to deliver.

Hope this helps.

Hey lordmage, I disagree. barb asked about possible other vendors and specifically ones in Toronto that she could hook up with. I just noticed your post after I posted mine, and It's not cool for me to have posted about other vendors in Lacey's sub forum.

The OP wanted and asked for the information and I've tried to help out. As a result of you moving the thread, the Canadian community can't answer her question and give advice :( I think it was already in the appropriate sub forum.

moved to instead forum better fit there

I'd first like to say that I thought everything was fine with the thread until you moved it. A member posted about other members experiences with a specific model and then asked if anyone knew of a supplier local to her because she was having issues with the one she received. Lacey jumped in and provided some great customer service and more importantly, the end user seemed to be happy with the result. So win win.

I also posted about some alternatives that I felt were more cost effective and better overall units and included pricing and links to their sites. After I posted, I noticed that you had moved the thread a few minutes before my post. I would never have knowingly posted supplier information in another supplier's forum. Lacey, I'm truly sorry that this happened (wow, two apologies in one night).

So here is the problem. If what you are saying is correct and Lacey over stepped her bounds (and again, I didn't see anything wrong with what she did), all you have done is rewarded someone for breaking the rules, and punished a member of this forum as people can't provide the information that she has asked for. You've then compounded the issue by saying that once Lacey has finished breaking the rules, she can then move the thread back to the appropriate sub forum.

Also, as the OP asked for information about other suppliers, how exactly can we provide the information if this thread is in another suppliers sub forum?

This doesn't make any sense!!! I think it's best if you move the thread back to its original home.

CellWho - No worries. :) It was actually I who alerted Lordmage that in order to address the issue, I would have to post some links to our websites and that is a supplier no-no. I wanted to make sure that he knew, I knew I was "breaking a rule" with no intentions to do so.

It's all good.

I am just happy that Barb got going on her ecig and is thrilled! One more converted to ecigs! WOO!

Viva la ecig! :thumb:

if it is a mini style/Rn8041 i also found the same problem I was taken for SE GOLD(smoking everywhere)$150 2 batts, 1 atty charger & 20 carts/carts i found to dry or small.not an easy draw (like analog newport 100's) no throat hit, little vapor. joined a vapor club, meet few members in person. they started first by cleaning the atty, as prior i tried dripping & they heard girgeling to much juice they said. just 1-3 drops for my sized atty/then they removed the SE cart & put a 801 pen style "TIP" with no cart! BIG improvement. unfortunately L O L ! they let me use their joye 510 manual batt (has button on&off switch)WOW! & their screwdriver WOW! needless to say I NOW am not pleased with the SE GOLD although IMHO it now is far better than before i got their help I have ordered the joye 510 with all accessories I.E. usb passthrough pcc case xtra batt & extra atty. well before i meet them iwas back & forth with analog now I have been analog free 2 days & think I can stay that way till the 510 arrives but may just buy A used one while waiting for the 510 just becuase i now have had tried the other & found it to be just the throat hit I waslooking for. IMHO SE is like a carlton draw, now with the 801 tip its like marlb light or newport light draw. juice as i found also makes the difference & flav of juice i found menthol hits harder than non-menthol but the camel i have is a drier hit& find myself switching back & forth. also FYI i purchased other juice that did not seem to work well with the SE but worked well with the 510. think that has to do with the heat index of atty or batt potential all this is just suggestions of my past & present experience. could save money tips are cheap to try out& juice is also. if you do smoke analog don't kill your self over it just try &try again you will find the answer( those who endeavor shall prevail)

Thanks, I'm glad we're "cool" :) I agree that the most important think is that she has converted to something other than analogs and I'm glad she is now happy.

Our dog is mostly black lab and I'm sure a mix of a few others. We got him from a shelter just over a year ago. His name is Shadow and he's awesome :) We think he's around 6 or 7 years old now.

I have to say I was surprised and pleased that Lacey took the time to answer questions and do follow up with me.. that shows good customer service...
I did get the Instead unit working better and am using it more...( still have the regular smokes...5 paks left )

I will probably end up ordering a couple of different models as this has to be my only vice now....one unit for at home..one while out and about...

barb- just so you know i left a redirrect up so you would not have had to look for it but that is a moot point now that it is back....

cellwho @ lacey- that is why i moved it to allow her to post links before a rule was really broken and i do agree one more for the cause... just send me a pm if ya like any reply removed.
