Absolutely! Just so long as you know the risks inherent in using a high powered anything. We're all adults here. There's no rules! (There are actually. You might just need a different style of vaping for coming right from smoking).

Check out this forum: SG Vapers. Make sure you read all the "stickies" as there are special rules you just follow due to the sensitivity of vaping in SG. You won't be able to ask where to buy hardware/juice in Singapore as your government reads ECF forum posts. It's all explained in one of the "stickies"

For someone just starting out in vaping and wanting high wattage I would recommend a regulated mod. Works great and has safeties built in that a mech type mod does not.
