I've been frugal. It helped to settle on fasttech rda's and buying only a few mods. When I go from buying 240 mm bottles of eliquid ($1 a day) to DIY (about 20 cents a day) the money saved should be enough to buy all the hardware I might want. Smoking cost me about $3,000 a year in Michigan. It should be easy to keep vaping under $400 a year and still have a quality experience.
Have you seen this? Cheap and you can mount it on any 510 mod. I'm curious about squonking also.

Looks like a couple members have ordered. Might get some reviews in a few weeks?

I've spent some $ on my gear in the year since I started vaping, but only about as much as I would have spent on 2 months worth of cigs, so I'm content. I spent a LOT on juice before I started DIY a couple of months ago. I do have shinyitis though. I'm looking at an inexpensive, low powered reg'd mod for tootle puffing, and a smokeless owl to give squonking a go. I'm trying to tell myself I don't really NEED a velocity, but I'm losing that argument. Lol! Next time I have a L note to blow I'll probaby get the smokeless owl, velocity and maybe a K box if I can get it all for $50. I priced them all recently and I think I came up with about $52 before shipping... hmmm... ... ...
Have you seen this?
I've seen it. Not too impressed. The top airflow thing is a turn off for me. If it was channeled down under (or at least next to) the coils I might like it better.
