If you're referring to my post, rest assured that I am not the one in the Army. That would be my husband. Hence the term "Where the Army sends us".
Not sure if there was a language barrier or what, I thought it was clear I was female. Lol. My husband had nothing but nice things to say about the NATO troops he fought with last deployment. Welcome to ECF!

what do i waste money on? ok, it's kinda embarrassing (but that won't stop me!) -- custom-made, designer dog clothes (dresses, gowns, coats, jackets, sweaters, parkas, sunsuits, jumpsuits, sailor suits, cheerleader uniforms, dance recital outfits, biker attire, etc). drives my husband insane. *however*, seeing as i only buy ones that have a leash attachment on them, technically, they are "harnesses," and therefore, "useful" -- so i tell him he has no right to complain. 
oh wait -- her hats, caps, visors and bonnets don't have leash attachments, but they do help keep harmful uv rays at bay, so they're *very* useful!
(our little yorkie, Miss Waffles, loves strutting her stuff on our daily walks in all the latest fashions, and our elderly neighbors get a kick out of it)

We all know vaping is an expensive little hobby. Anything else that you can't help but buy?

Well when I was working, my collections are True Religion Jeans (vintage) I own like 40 pairs! Vintage Louis Vuitton bags, only 6 but, I own one that's 33 years old and in great condition. I keep dreaming of my provari collection consisting of at least 2 more (I only have one, hubby has one) the gold and polished ones would be great to have with my bronze, like Olympic metals! I don't spend much on my 2007 Harley Davidson Street Bob, but I'm considering doing some aftermarket work on it...

I am a gadget freak so for me a lot of money is spent on different types of gadgets.
I need to run the latest and the fastest processors and GPUs. One reason being I used to overclock the latest processors to achieve records of fastest computer. Picture in my avatar is of a Copper pot which you place over a processor and then pour LN2 and voila your computer can run at speeds upto 6/7/8 Ghz.
Then there are camera lenses, as of now have only 4 but these lenses can be so costly.
Another expenditure is the Blu-rays, though not a very big collection, but about 100 boxsets. Its just that they add up pretty fast.
There the small knick knack for my car. Not a car freak but updated the audio system, then there are car detailing products.
Oh and how can I forgot, Robots, though I say its for my kid but most of the time I sneak and play with them,. Most of the robots are wowwee robots. If anyone has heard, Robosapien V2, roboraptor etc etc.
