Best and least harsh setup for the Nhaler Ato-mizer?

I got a Nhaler Ato-mizer and want to find the most least harsh coil/wick combo . ALso the safest for our bodies . Iv been getting a really harsh TH and it makes me cough a lot . Im not usually a cougher either . Regular attys or cartos never make me cough even at 10+w .

Iv been using the 36nichrome with regular naler wick and also tried using 400mesh and kanthal and it seem about the same in harshness . What should i do ?

Also yes iv been keeping the coil/wick saturated .

Throw it away lol, jk make sure your hole is right in front if coil if not no workie. These setups are harsher than regulars so u kinda have to get used to em.

Harsh is usually too hot or dry wick. Reduce voltage or increase ohms. Make sure the wick is staying wet. 10 watts on a 3 wrap 1.1 ohm coil can be very harsh compared to 10 watts on a 7 wrap 2.4 ohm coil.

I know all thar stuff . I mean material wise . Im running 3ohm at 4.5v and yes i keep it wet .

WHat is the least harsh material setup ?

Both the Nhaler wick and the SS mesh made me cough as well. What I recently tried which works great is the CE style wick that Clouds of Vapor sells for the Odysseus. I wind a 3.5Ohm coil and vape that at 5.5V and it's very mellow and flavorful.

Also check your hole man, make sure you are aligned properly, and measure your hole. If its smaller than a 3/64, open it up to that.

I have two caps . One is modded by opening one hole up and modded to fit a 510 drip tip . The other is stock which i tried the tape over hole trick . I do make sure its not in the way of the hole and aligned right . I get this harsh throat feeling and coated throat when iv tried any of the setups i posted above . I like cough up flem stuck in my throat after using this which never happens when i use regular attys or cartos .

I will try the COV wick and see how it turns out .

Just a thought.... maybe reduce the nic and add more vg It might be that with this type of setup it would help/

I have the same issues with my Ato. I own over 50 PV's, from VV's to egos and crappy automatics, theres tot a combo/voltage I haven't tried.... I thought it was an air flo problem myself. But, every coil I've made (using nhaler wicking, ce2 wicking, and some of the cloth-like stuff from the inside of a carto) has given me the same results. Burnt, harsh, stabbed in the lung like pain! I've rebuilt 100 510 attys if I've rebuilt 1, With a 100% success rate!! It has to be an air flo problem..... Mine (ato-miser) just sits in a box now! Ive tried modding the air flow a few diffrent ways with no positive results. I've even considered drilling an air hole thru the base so the flo came from under the coil. But havent had the balls to do it just due to the price of replacing it....

Im gonna keep checking this thread in hopes that someone has found a solution.....!!!

Least harsh for me is a regular Atty with Bonuts and second a 2/2.5mm SS wick 8wraps 2.8/3ohms.
