I ordered a the rebuildable atomizer from Nhaler about 2 weeks ago. I tried some setups and had varied results. I even made a duel coil 1.5 ohm that worked pretty well. The only thing that wasnt quite working for me was that the draw was very tight. So I tried to widen the holes with a 1/16 drill bit. Too much. Way too lose. I got my hands on a new cap and gave it another go. I drilled ONE hole at 1/16 bit and then used electrical tape to cover the other hole. I made a 2.0 ohm coil and I made the wick slightly differnt then usual. I took and folded it in half once, then again. I put the coil over it with 4 wraps. Once I had it installed I cut off the end that was not in a loop. That left a looped end on each side. I put one end through the other which did two things. It created a bowl around the coil and the other end went up. It now feeds the juice straight to the coil and keeps it contained. The draw is about perfect, maybe a tad lose, and the flavor and vapor are amazing. This is now one of my favorite dripping atties. Hopefully this will help anyone who is having trouble with the atomizer.

Kind of curious myself. I got one when they were first selling them and I have never been really pleased with it. I think the pull on it is one of things like you also noticed. There should be no reason why it shouldnt work better. Nothing amazing about the mechanics of it so it should work great. Something just falls short. I would have to see pictures of what you are referring too though.

Edit* I was thinking of the drilling also and I did not want to use the 1/16th since it looked too big. I was hoping to just enlarge the existing hole that is already there.

If you want to enlarge the holes find a small finishing nail. Push it through one of the holes just barely. Test the draw. If its still a little too tight then do it to the other hole. I did it to both and its draw is a lot more like a 306 atty. It works great. It has a LONG break in period. It takes a day to get some of the harshness to go away. After that though it improves a lot. I'm using a 1.6 coil I made from a 2 ohm coil that came included on a 3.7v box mod and I'm loving it. I also modded the top to except a drip tip, and theoretically, it could be made to accept a vapemate.
