Anyone order a 510 atomizer from ...............? The claim to warranty their atomizers for 1 year, including burnout? I would really like to order from them but would like to hear if someone has tried them our first.

Thanks.

Wonder

What are the ......... I have heard about these on other forums are you talking about H2O Smoking [dot] com the Vapor VX Atomizers? I'm hearing good things about them I ordered some and there are some comments on there site under the atomizers section.

In order of preference:

4081 Best for draw, flavor, and durability. Their problem is that the the auto batts suck, the carts are small and no one ever made a black mouthpiece. Still my favorite atty on a 3.7 mod.

401 Nice vape, draw, flavor, the best with the auto batt, closest size/feel to an analog. good on a 3.7 mod. Carts are small but they wick dry. Don't waste juice.

901 Good for vapor and flavor but they just don't last, don't wick well and they leak all over.

510 Great vapor, no flavor... except that nasty taste you get after 2 good draws. They leak, and the carts don't wick.

801, no advantages that justify the size. Leaks all over, carts hold lots of liquid but it never gets to the coil.

just my .02.

A week ? doesn't seem right. Do you clean, keep it wet and all that ? Did you try buying from other places ? I personally like 901 atty. Lasts long, get hot if you chain vape. You get good flavor and a good TH. I have been using my first one for more than a month now and I just run hot water thru it every 2 days or so.

I've found that chain vaping definitely contributes to early atty degradation and failure, but I believe that the type of juice being used contributes even more. The darker juices with a lot of caramel coloring (maple, coffee, toffee etc.) tend to quickly form a carbon-like layer on the coil and decrease the heat output. To compensate, we keep hitting it harder and end up making it worse. Catch-22.

The clearer liquids don't seem to build up on the coil nearly as quickly. When I was using dark liquids, my attys started degrading within a week and were lucky to survive for two weeks. Now that I am using the clearer stuff, they don't start degrading nearly as soon and last at least twice as long. You might describe it as "low-tar" liquid.

It seems to me everyone has something to say about their atty of preference... and it's the same thing: Good flavor and throat hit, lasts longer than the others.

When there's different people all saying the same thing about different atomizers, I would think it means the different ways people vape and maintain their atomizers works for their style.

My M401 atty lasted a year before blowing out, but that might have had to do with the fact that I periodically cleaned it with a tissue and running water.

My M401 attys last a long time and produce tremendous vapor, however, for modders, TWO MAJOR WARNINGS ---

1) You CANNOT use the M401 Atty above 4 volts nominal. It pops like a fuse at the first application of HV.
2) The M401 atty center post MUST remain open, even if you use a manual battery. The airflow on the M401 ONLY goes through the center hole. This really makes it suck for dripping into a box mod, and you can't reverse feed the atty (juice box style).

That said, I have an M401 Bartleby and an M401 Chuck, and they both produce fantastic vapor at 3.7 Volts.

I ordered two of them last week and received them yesterday. I've been using them on a Silver Bullet at 3.7v and 6v, with no problems so far. They defiantly appear more sturdy than a regular 510. Will they be worth the higher cost? Hard to say.

The reason I tried them is because at 6v, I go through 510 atomizers like candy, usually only lasting a couple of days. With a one year warranty that includes burnout, I really don't see how I can go wrong. If the vendor stands behind their warranty I'll be saving a ton of money in the long run.

Away..
Putting a guarentee on an atty is ..............well..........very risky.
Its like a light bulb, some last, some dont.
Anyone offering a 6 month warranty on an atty will not be in business long.
The 510 rocks for vapor, but loses flavor IMO to a 901.
510's are easier to rebuild so are the 801's. I don't get great flavor from the 801's....working on that now.
I'm looking into the cartos now. They seem to have good flavor (808) and pretty durable.
Can they be rebuilt? Still havent figured out what that darn cloth is made of on the center wrap. May be in need of a redesign from scrap parts. lol

Running anything designed for 3.7v with a limited lifespan @ 5 or 6v......buy a lot.

So how easy R they to rebuild? How time consuming? What do I need? I might consider doing this. I may be worth it to me to purchase a soldering iron. Is there a good video for walk-thru steps? Can you also rebuild the 901's?

The 306 atomizer. This is what the LR 510 wishes it was. Its super-efficient with liquid, VERY flavorful and produces a ton of vapor with a very small drag even on a standard 510 battery. The only downside is that it actually tastes better on a 3.7v or lower battery then it does at 5v. Its also a drippers paradise because it doesn't leave residual flavors on it.
