VTC4 is a 30A battery... the VTC5 is supposed to be rated for 35A the 5 allows for a bit lower ohm build before things can go nasty
Both the vtc4 and vtc5 are 30a batteries. I've heard rumors that the vtc5 would have slightly higher internal resistance but can't confirm that, and in any case the difference would most likely be so small that it's negligible.
As for the efest "35a", it's a rewrapped LG he2 and although it's "only" 20a it's a very, very good battery.
The newer 3100 mAh efests are a different beast. In the tests I've seen they perform badly, and there seem to be indications that they're not 20 amp continuous discharge as stated. What needs to be noted about batteries is that the energy they're able to provide is not really a constant. Depending on the amp draw, a good lower mAh-rated battery can actually provide a longer vape time than higher mAh-rated one. We don't use up all the available energy in batteries, and high discharge batteries have more of the juice in the useable voltage ranges (particularly as the amp draw goes up).
