Best blend for biggest vape & flavor on a Twist

Hey all,

New to the world of vaping, but loving it already. I'm a huge hookah smoker, and also smoke a tobacco pipe, and I'm finding this a very satisfying alternative. The closest hookah lounge is about 20 miles away and I cant smoke where I live, so the convenience is awesome. I'm looking for some direction, though.

I'm using an eGo Twist @ 4.8 with standard rez 510 cartomizers.

I like a nice big "hookah like" cloud with good flavor and nice warmth, and low TH (around 6-10mg of nic)

What are other Twisters finding the best combos to get huge clouds, good flavor, as well as longetivity on the carto?

I definitely plan on being a very active member on the board, and look forward to seeing how everyone is vaping!

A VG based liquid will get you a bigger cloud ...

Yes, the more VG, the thicker the smoke.

A VG base liquid will get you a bigger cloud like scuzzy stated but with cartos if you have too high a VG content you could run into wicking issues. I have used 100% VG in my Boge cartos before and it worked but felt as though I had to top of the carto more frequently most likely due to the thicker juice having trouble working its way through the filler material. I would suggest trying a 50/50 blend first and see how that works for you and go from there. Hope this helps!

Aside from switching up your VG/PG ratio I don't think there is much else you can do other then messing with the voltage. I agree with what MattyT said you should probably go with a 50/50 and then try more of less. I usually use an 80 VG 20 PG mixture in my T3 clearomizer but it can produce more dry hits and cause you to go through your wicks much faster.
