best bottom coil?

I've had some leaking/gurgling issues with the stock heads. I find that when I got a little gurgling I could turn the voltage on my battery up a bit and it would usually solve itself. I've also used 3mm silica without flavor wicks and cotton from organic unbleached cotton balls and not had a problem

Mine from madvapes have the knurled base and I'm 99% sure they are the exact same as the ones at DV.

Yup, sounds like it.

I noticed the ones for $4.95 at that other site have a black tip on them. I believe those are cheaper because those are the non-Pyrex version.

update- I just checked madvapes since they carry both types of the ARO and those other are the plastic tank type.

Good eye! I'm glad you pointed that out as I would have been really mad at myself if I'd ordered one! (No plastic tanks here!)

I think I will have to give the ARO a whirl one of these days as I am seeing multiple people mentioning liking them.

The really nice thing about them is at only $7.99 each you can buy a few to keep different juices in so you can swap between flavors quickly and easily. They hit great and taste great. (I'd recommend washing them before using as usual, though they are less problematic than PT2s in that regard!) They have 3 tiny air holes in the base. I put compound in two of them to close them off for a tighter draw. Even with all 3 open though, it still hits tighter than the PT2.
