Best box mod to go with my tank

I have a kangertech subtank mini but I'm not sure which box mod would perform better. I'm stuck between the istick 50w and the MVP 3. Also, one more question. Which is the better tank? The atlantis or subtank mini?

Atlantis is great. Had for a few days. Blowing clouds with ease. Only thing i would say is coils are coils. Depends on the juice will depend on how long the coil last. But the Atlantis IMO is better.
