Best cart combo for taste?

I have read that the 901 whistle tips improve the flavor of the 510 vs the 510 round tips.

Now that there are 510 whistle tips are the 901 tips still better?

Do the 901 round tips improve 510 flavor?

Sorry, I can't really answer that question for you since I have'nt had a 510 yet. However I was told that if you have round tips you can make the hole in the end of the cart larger by pushing through a tack and/or rounding off the whole with a small tipped knife. I did this to my 801's whistle tip's and it helped. I think the whole idea behind people thinking that the whistle tips are better than the round is because the actual whole you suck through is larger but I could be wrong. I have my first 510 coming in the mail currently and when it gets here I will try making the hole in the round carts a bit larger to see if it helps any. If you have several tips to spare you may want to try this and let me know if it helps any. Good luck and I hope it helps you.
