I hate cleaning cartomizers, this thing makes it a breeze, just spray and dry. gets rid of even heavy mint flavors. Just got one recently for other reasons, but decided to try it on carto'z/attys and its phenomenal

I flush mine with alcohol. Though I will admit it won't completely remove menthol/mint flavors.
