There are a handful of good options for cig-alikes, most of which have already been mentioned.
NJoy King disposable - Since you say you want something less obvious, this is probably the best option. They are pricey at $7.99 each, but they look and even feel much like a cigarette. On a crowded patio full of smokers, most people wouldn't even be able to tell you were vaping. As an added bonus, they can be grabbed at 7-11 and many other convenience stores and gas stations.
eRoll - I've never used one myself, but I've read a lot on them. If you like the eGo-C atomizer then you'll probably like the eRoll. If you don't then look elsewhere. The issues with it have already been mentioned, but the one that keeps me from buying it is the fact that the PCC only holds one assembled unit with a 0.4 ml tank. This means you'd have to find some way of carrying additional full tanks, or a needle-tipped bottle as well as some way of carrying an additional battery and cone for when the first one runs low. None of these are major hurdles. But are they worth it for $70.00?
S. I. Volt - Or Bloog or Halo G6, because they're essentially the same thing. Enough comparisons have been drawn between the 3 companies that it's extremely likely the units are made in the same factory. Even if they aren't there isn't much to differentiate them except for price and atomizer options. They work very well. The only complaint I have with 808's is that standard resistance atomizers are 2.8 ohms; though Halo, V4L and a few other vendors do offer LR cartomizers. They're regulated at 3.7 volts and there are enough delivery system options for them to meet a variety of wants and needs.
Modern Vapor Sidesho - This hasn't been mentioned yet, but it is my cig-alike of choice when I do want one. It's thin like the Blu but is 180 mAh and it works very, very well. It's a standard 510 connection, so a Nano or T4 wouldn't look horribly out of place on it. And it's the only battery in that size that is available as a manual, so it makes a perfect mini dripper. There's other reasons I prefer the Sidesho, but those only matter if you're a fan of automatics.
I'm sure there are other vendors with good cig-alike options. Vapor for Life (V4L) for instance has a proven track record for quality and customer service, but I find their prices a little steep. But the ones mentioned above are the ones I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality cig-alike.
Good luck.
