Best Cloud Chasing RDA?

Looking for a good cloud chasing rda for under $75. I've heard either the mutation x v4 or the velocity are good for cloud chucking. What do y'all think? Thanks in advance

I have a clone of the Mutation X V1, and it produces thicker clouds than any of my other RDAs. I assume that the cloud production would be similar between V1, V2, V3 and V4, but don't have any direct experience with the bother versions.

IMHO, the V4 has some design issues, and if I were, to upgrade from the V1, I'd currently choose the V3. In the V4 you loose a lot of juice well. Also, the cooling fins are gone and replaced by a threaded plastic extender that may not hold up to juice-cracking e-liquids. IMHO, threads and plastic is never a good combination because of wear and cross-threading issues.

No experience with the Velocity other than having read that a lot of folks like them.

Mutation x v3 and the Velocity are both good. Cannot decide one over the other. Throw the Dark Horse into the mix with the other two as well. CHEERS!
