If you like it, it is good! "Best" is subjective. For making flavored juices, most like a nic-base that has little flavor on its own. Wizard Lab, MyFreedomSmokes, NicVape, VapeZone, XtremeVaping, Nude Nicotine are all very clean. There are others, these are the ones I know off the top of my head. Prices vary. You might get a small amount from a few of these vendors and compare them before you buy in bulk.

Also if you are a '100% VG' vaper then you have to take into account that some base liquids are highly viscous since they have not been diluted (pure glycerine is very thick and gloopy), and some bases have been diluted to vapeable consistency (with about 20% distilled water). So you need to buy glycerine base at a much higher strength than you vape, because it may have to be diluted considerably before it is usable. As far as I can see, the vendors don't tell you in advance if their glycerine base is diluted ready to vape or not. I've had stuff that was perfect to use out of the bottle, and other stuff so thick it was almost jelly. It doesn't matter either way, as long as you know.

If you are mixing it all up, VG + PG, then this probably won't matter.

Decadent Vapours "angelic decadence" 54mg nic base in VG and PG is "Made from the highest Pharmaceutical grade nicotine and diluents." < (from their site). The VG base is diluted with 17% deionized H2O making the viscosity nearly the same as PG. At one point it was the only vendor using that high of a grade but others have caught up with, but not surpassed, its purity or quality. I've used it for over three years now. I've had bottles that have been over a year and a half old that don't yellow like many others I had earlier from other vendors. There is sometimes a very slight pinkish color that develops after a year but not always.

The diluents/blends of PG and VG (or AG - Aqueous Glycerin - VG+H2O) are the same quality.
