I'd like to get a drip tank because I always have plenty of sample packs which means I'd like to be able to vape multiple flavors throughout the day. I also only vape 100% vg liquid or 80% at the lowest and I hear drip tanks are ideal for this. I've never owed one before and was wondering what's the best I can get for under 20$. Also I'm using an ego c upgrade at 3.6-4.2 volts.

I would recommend either a Patriot clone or Igo-W. Basically, any of the standard 3 post, dual coil builds. Don't forget to drill out the air holes in the caps.
Also, you might want to switch to a mechanical mod... I don't know how the twists respond to drippers. I would imagine that they drain pretty fast. I have never used a dripper above 1ohm.
Keep the coil at or above 2ohms and they can be used on any battery, no problems.
I have one of these https://www.fasttech.com/p/1395707 that I've used with an eGo. Wrapped 32g Kanthal at about 2-2.2 ohms.

I think, for your gear, this would probably be the simplest option for testing various juice flavors out. It is 2-3 drops at a time but gives good flavor.

Atomizer or cartomizer whatever you want to call it I've just heard drip tank on YouTube and multiple threads but I've heard a lot about the amok tech and at $7 it's a good deal but do I need a drip tip for that or do just vape straight from the top?

And you will want a drip tip cause that atomizer will get pretty warm. Just pick a SR or LR bridgeless 510atomizer. I personally dont prefer the smoktech ones (they have a taste - idk - it bugs me lol) I use these : Atomizers - Kidney Puncher but ANY 510 bridgeless atomizer is precisely what you need - Status
