An 18650- or 26650-based mod and 6ml-capacity cartomizer-surrounding tank should do the trick. Total upfront cost: $100+ (in addition to e-liquid and replacement cartomizers). There are far too many choices of mods and tanks to enumerate here. Check out my recent post in this ATV forum for some guidelines and specific suggestions.

For less money, an 1100+ mAh fat batt kit (both batteries) and a couple large capacity cartomizers (recharged and refilled at the end of your shift) could work well. If you would prefer an automatic battery, I recommend the 1300 mAh Echo with 3ml-capacity cartomizers, e.g., $40 from SmokTek. The 1100 mAh Riva-510 (e.g., $50 from Vapor Junction) with 4ml-capacity eGo Mega Dual Coil cartomizers (e.g., $3 each from Vapor Junction) is a good choice.

So you need something that:

Lasts all day
Doesn't leak
Is easy to deal with
Is reliable
Is sturdy

I would think that a juice box would meet your needs best. In particular, a REO Grand.

It holds 6ml of juice and uses a AW IMR 18650 battery, both of which should last at least 12 hours.

If you use it with a cartomizer, you can get an additional 1-3 ml of juice.

You can vape and add juice to your atomizer one-handed.

It has a 510 connection, so if you needed an atomizer while on the road, you may be able to find one at a truck stop.

It is all mechanical, so if it gets dirty, you can just wash it out with warm water. Also, most repairs (rarely needed) can be easily handled by you.

It is tooled from a block of aircraft aluminum and other vapers have reported that their REOs have survived being dropped from a motorcycle at 40 mph, being run over by a pick-up truck, being left in a cooler full of ice/water for 4 days, and being lost, half-buried, in a park for two weeks.

Your best bet would be a Silver Bullet or an XHaler, uses an 18650 battery that'll last you all day. Then look into a couple of cartomizer tanks like the Liquinator or Dual Coil Notta.

Silver Bullet: AltSmoke.com | Personal Vaporizers | Electronic Cigarette | Ecigs | Silver Bullet - Silver Bullet - Starter Kits
XHaler: The NEW Xhaler
Liquinator: 510 Dual Coil Vape-O-Matic Liquinator 5mL
Dual Coil Notta Tank: Dual Coil Notta - $12.99 : Stormys Vapor Cellar, Electronic Cigarettes & More

And these won't break the bank and last you all day, good luck.

1. The Reo Grand is the one I'd get.
No leaking tanks or anything with the REO Grand. It's a clean mean machine, super easy to maintain. Change the 18650 battery once a day and you're good to go. (twice a day for maximum vapor) The 6ml bottle will keep you in juice for a whole day if not 2 or 3. (I refill my bottle about every other day if not longer).

2. An eGo passThrough that lets you vape while it's charging and vape while it's not charging is also a good option for a trucker. (my hubby used one of these for his long hauls). Combined with an EMDCC you'll be vaping all day worry free. (but you'll have to refill the carto every day but you can prefill a weeks worth if you want). Hubby placed his in a leather lanyard so that he'd never have to worry about dropping it on the floorboard or losing it during paperwork. GoodProphets has all 3 goodies, I'm pretty sure. If not, then CloudsofVapor probably has the rest of the story.

Good luck!!

(oh! p.s. With cartomizers, you'll want a PG juice... or 80%pg at least. The Reo, on the other hand, likes any mix you throw at it).
