best filler for cartridges?

What filler do you use in cartridges to hold the eliquid? Thanks.

I've been using blue aquarium foam and have been very happy with it. Much better than the stock filler.

I've got a 510 from ElectronicStix. I use polyfill that I got at the craft store to make cartridge insert replacements... the white fluffy stuff....not the blue stuff. So, I clean em with isopropol alcohol...just dip in and out, dry on paper towel overnight to re-use. And, I'm tryin to make new ones. Made my first batch last night and they're just not right... not tight enuff. So, this guy made a video on maintenance that included making new cartridge inserts from polyfill. I have looked everywhere. How does YouTube work...I've never been there. Can I go to YouTube and search e-cig maintenance?

I am talking about CARTRIDGES filler, NOT CARTOMIZERS.
