Yay! Another juice review!
I just got 3 flavours from Lane Cove in the mail today. Not sure if any of you guys are familiar with Ruby Roo's channel on YouTube, but Lane Cove is her juice line. They come in 30 ml plastic unicorn bottles, which I like a lot because I can reuse them after the juice is gone. So far, pretty darn good. They're a bit different from anything I've tried before, but all delicious.
Alice- Description is toasted coconut oatmeal cookie. I'll say that this one is not as bakery-y as a lot of cookie flavours out there. I mostly get coconut and maybe something else fruity in there with a hint of the oatmeal. The cookie part is not really there for me, except for maybe a little bit at the end of exhale.
Nola- Description is pavlova meringue with whipped cream, strawberries, kiwi, and passionfruit. This definitely a fruity flavour. I mostly get a creamy passionfruit, with a hint of the tart kiwi and a tiny bit of the strawberry. I haven't liked passionfruit flavours in the past, but this one is super nice. I'm not sure what pavlova meringue is, but I think that's probably what the creamy element is. I like this one a lot, and it will probably be a reorder.
Myee- Description is blackcurrant fruit pastille. Again, another fruity one. I haven't had blackcurrant before (scandalous, since I lived in England for a few months, and currant is really popular there) but it is familiar somehow. My brother and I have been trying to nail it down all night. I think it reminds me of a cranberry-grape juice, but with a candy element to it. It's sweet and slightly tangy. This one is also a reorder for me.
Overall, I think these juices are really good, and really different from anything I've tried before. They all have a light, kind of floral note to them, but maybe it's just the base that's a little different from other bases I've tried before. If any of these sound appealing to you, I'd definitely give them a shot. There are two other flavours in this line as well, but I didn't order them because they weren't in my preferred flavour profile. Lucy is a peppermint taffy, and Samantha is passionfruit lemonade.
