Here are the regs. I can't read it because I gotta run. Hoping when I got home someone has released a simplified version. It looks like they ARE deeming e-liquid, etc. a tobacco product. Lord help us! Effective in 90 days! (But please don't listen to me and panic, I skimmed it - read for yourself)

LOL yes I'm definitely a catastrophizer I admit (I think I made that word up). Some highlights per SFATA video - anyone who makes e-liquid will be considered a tobacco manufacturer, so obviously e-liquid and such falls into being a tobacco product now, wants warning labels and packaging, 0 liquid doesn't fall into tobacco product, they aren't gonna touch accessories...

3 year window to work out guidelines for juice manufacturers is huge too isn't it? Also help for small companies (under 5million considered small)
