Thanks for the chart, I am using a 3.3 ohm Joye 510 atty in the AVS and 2 CR123s currently. It is OK, but could be better. I will try your atty recommendation. I want monster hits. I want to feel like I'm inhaling a mitten or a work sock!

then you can vape an LR at 6 volts sparky! I do this often because I use zero nic and I want the hit to come only from voltage
I never tried the KR808.... is it really good? I thought it was crap a while back...but I never tried one... I'll have to check them out...
I just recently tried 306 attys.... specifically the LR 306 ... it seems to vape well... does anyone else have feedback on the LR 306? or the 306 in general...

KR808 are okish on 3.7V but great on 6.4V Tim. Usually last 3 days plus so at $1 or less offer great value.
I've tried the latest 510's, very hit and miss in comparison and if you side by side them with a 808 the 808 is far better.

Hope, I'm using KR808's on an 18650 with AVS, and have no wish to vape at 6v. But, and isnt there always a but, I find that no matter which juice I am using there is absolutely no flavour coming through.
I tried 901's but I must have a small hole type as the juice simply doesnt soak into the atty, so was hoping to improve things by getting a 510 adapter and using LR 510 cartos. My question is, have you tried cartos on your 510, and what was your opinion?

on the KR808 cartos have you tightening up on the CR to get flavor ???
yes Ripp... I close the CR to fill, and then release it a quarter turn, which I increase as the level goes down.
I have never had any fluid going into the collection tank, so I pressume I am doing that right. Don't get me wrong, Im not complaining, I am very happy with the AVS, I would just like to experience a bit more flavour, well, a lot more flavour...lol

I know your not but I say find the right spot when its hard to draw and ligt draw... Mine is nearly close and I get flavor and vapor ... And I dont touch it anymore even on a low tank... The time I touch it is when I refill and close the CR
Petbe, are your taste buds working 100%? Mine are running about 30% ATM so I struggle for flavour too. Interestingly though dripping gives me more of a flavour hit.

Lol... yes they are ok at the moment, at least I can detect what flavour I am using when I swop over to my Ego when I go out and about...lol.
But I do know what you mean, I have times, especially if I have been vaping menthol, that I cannot taste another thing for around a fortnight...

I will get an adapter when Krom has some, and experiment, as I have loads of different 510 bits and pieces that I bought to try on the Ego, but I think I need to source some 901's with bigger air holes, as the one in this one is tiny..SLB 14857 OC or DC - hard to read as the writing is so tiny. The one included from Krom, did work but blew after two days, so I cant judge that one properly, as the first few days I was doing everything wrong...lol

Maybe try Janty 510's then or experiment a bit lower. Guess it depends how much vape you want. 808's also work kind of ok at 3.7V, kick .... at 6.4V.

Go to a vapefest and grab everyone's device and try them. 808's have been the best value I have found so far but they have had batch issues. Find a good atty, buy 100 of em !!!

I can only remember one lot of attys I thought were ok, oksmokey ones... But at the time were what I had to compare them to just terrible?
So I don't get confused now I'm just ordering them in batches of 20 and going to go through them and see if they are for me. Janty have something new early next year apparently.

I spent ages using only the Janty Classic atty, (801 type) as that was my Holy Grail of atties, lasting often up to 3 months, so, this is the reason when the Ego came out using a 510 I knew nothing about 510's other than the one model I had when I first started vaping.
Even my GGT I ran on an Classic atty, and it gave me all the flavour and throat hit needed. But on buying the GGTS/AVS I was faced with the totally unknown to me, 901.. So although I think I have mastered the learning curve with the AVS, I have yet to master the 901.
So the search for the Holy Atty continues.... watch this space !

An A1 atomizer in the size of 510/901 and compatible with the AVS would end that quest for me
