Oh, I certainly understand that. I don't mind tinkering, but only if it's the sort of thing I only have to do once, or at least very infrequently, so modding these Fluxomizers wasn't a big deal for me, and I found them easy work with. But when you start getting into situations where this has to be placed just right before it'll work or won't flood, or where you have to spend more time than you should fussing over a fiddly little bit (like threading the wick) I kind of lose interest. The Fluxes may need some attention out of the box, which they shouldn't, but once modded they're easy to deal with, and that suits my lazy azz just fine. :)

Well, I broke three fluxomizers trying to follow that guy's video and remove that inner plug.

Beat me. I only broke two. :D

I found the trick was to get your hooked implement under the lip of the cup seal and pull up until the hook is over the rim of the cup, then push it hard against the sidewall of the tube and start prying up slowly. It's easier if you do this a little bit on one side, slide around to another side and start pying that side up, and so on around the seal. It'll eventually come out.

I think people arnt talking about them a lot is because there have been some reports that they suck, GotVapes.com wont even carry them because they dont think the quality is worth putting their name on. Maybe CE3 got an upgrade since then tho? I duno Ill give them a shot eventually

I'm betting GV's decision is based on the idea that they want to sell their own version of this, the Sapphire. The sapphire does work well but is more costly than the CE3s. As to whether the CE3 works, I've just ordered some and will review upon receipt.

Ive used ce2s and they rock specially the new uncrackable ones form gotvapes. You just got to know how to use them and you will never get a burnt/dry taste and they will wick perfect. I've also used the ce3s and they are decent, I perfer the gotvapes vortex 2.0 over them but nothing will ever beat dripping if you use the correct ohm atty with a VV mod. I stumbled across a atty that I can drip about 5 drops in it and get about 20 hits before having to re-drip and it does not gurgle/leak and tastes like pure heaven!

how can you people use a product that the supplier recommends that you completely disassemble, change everything around and then reassemble? What is even the point of having a supplier or manufacturer? Why dont they just send you the parts instead of putting it together and calling it a clearomizer or fluxomizer?

I won't buy MiT's products. I used to like the ce2's but soon came the realization that a person shouldn't have to mod them all the time to get a decent vape. Let's see why else wouldn't I buy these?...how many revisions will they have to go through before they get it "right" so that they are plug and play?...5 like the ce2's? No thanks, MiT can keep them.

A lot of people use the fluxomizers straight out of the box with no problems. The fiddling that Mindfield mentioned is fast and easy. The first time I did it, it took a little longer, but after that you can literally do it in about 30 seconds. They vape astoundingly well is why all of us fluxomizer fans are crazy about them. They don't leak, they don't crack, and the flavor/vapor is just as good as dripping imo. I'm not putting down the ce3's (sorry to hijack your thread, quite honestly they sound quite similar to the fluxomizers in regards to how they vape!) but changing out a couple of o-rings isn't a gigantic operation.

They are also easy to totally disassemble for a fast rinse and dry burn. I can take a totally gunked up fluxomizer apart, clean it, dry burn to get rid of gunk on the coil, then put back together and filled with juice in a matter of minutes.

having tried both the old clearomizer and the latest & greatest gotvapes ones, I like them, but I do have a couple of qualms. First, they require a syringe to fill, vs. it just being a convenience like with the polyfill ones. I don't really like carrying needles around. Also, there is always a noticeable flavor to me when using them... no matter what juice I use, it has this "juice and clearomizer" flavor... I'm not sure how else to describe it. Rinse one out and take a drag of pure water, though, and there is a recognizable flavor to it. I'm wondering if it's the same with the CE3.

I really wanted to love the Ego tank systems, but ultimately didn't because the airflow is so restricted. Someone else I read described it best by comparing it to drinking a milkshake through a straw. The CE3 looks to be along the same idea with a non-polyfill tank, and I imagine it draws more like a regular cartomizer. I'll have to give them a shot.
