I just gave an 808 with pcc (brand new) to someone for Christmas. I would have to agree that V4L has an excellent one. If you want cartomizers for it though Ikenvapes Mega 808 cannot be beat by any on the market. Believe me I've tried them all and still have a bunch. He has all his cartomizers and atomizers engineered to his specs and they are not only the best but can't be bought anywhere else. I need to have a sale on all these others I have or keep them as backups or something.

I bought a Smoke Tip as a newbie myself.
The draw is smooth & light, but the batteries are all shorties right now. 180 mAh.
They are getting in longer batteries this month which should make them last longer.
The batteries last me about half a carto & I chain vape at times because I am a former pk a day smoker for 48 years.
Their cartos are the greatest as I have refilled one 4 times & it is still giving great performance.
Also have a cheapo' & it doesn't perform like the Smoke Tip.
The big reason to use them is that they warranty the batteries for life.
Just my 2 cents & I don't work for Smoke Tip, just use the product
