Best mod for under 150?

As the new guy, I am going to say the new guy answer to this question...consider a Evic. Evcigarettes is having a sale on their Evic version 1 mods. You get the head and the silver tube and evic tank atomizor. for 70 dollars. If you want to live dangerously you can charge it using the control unit itself via usb cable/joytech wall unit or computer without the purchase of a separate charger so it will save you a couple bucks there. and the 2600 mah battery i believe is 13 bucks on their site with free shipping. ...I picked one up just to pick one up because for 70 bucks I wanted to see what their MVR software was all about. It isin't the most durible mod, it isin't the most options. But it is a good solid beginners mod with a small learning curve and you get certain assurances buying a joytech product. and with either battery its comes in under your 100 dollar price range even purchasing the battery separate you're still looking at around 82 bucks. It doesn't do windows, or clean the floors. But it's a solid learning mod that is ego/510 threaded that untill I can can afford the Provari mini I dream about every night will do what I want it to. Based on what your immediate requirements are, you would be silly to go against the advice to buy a provari. They are solid performers, solid and have a massive reputation.

If you get sick of sucking on tube mods, get a reo

The OP said VV, doesn't care for VW, and has a $150 budget. That is $10 shy of describing a provari. I'm a happy mech guy, so I'm not interested in the provari right now.

I love my vamo v2, but the 510 threads started stripping after 5 months, I've fixed it with a tank airflow controller, but that's a patch. Provari is solid and reliable, even if the software is outdated. I'd be hard pressed to make a decision between one rock solid mod that would last me, or 3 or 4 "lesser" mods like a vamo, SVD, MVP and maybe a mech just to have the options. Also, I don't like the single button menu of the provari but that's just a personal preference.

but if you have 150$, get yourself a Reo Grand, you WILL not regret this, yes its a mech but its a truly amazing device...once you get once i dont think you'll go back to all the fuss of protanks and so on

The best thing about a provari is Provape, the company that makes them. It's very sturdy, has a warranty, and even after the warranty you can send it in for repairs. It also has an 800mhz(I think) chip which some people say provides a smoother vape.

In terms of every other feature, pretty much anything else has an advantage. With a single button menu, the chances of you accidentally firing while you're trying to do something else, like check resistance, are pretty high IMO. The provari doesn't have VW, which I honestly don't use much but some people like. It doesn't have ego threading so you'd need an adapter if you have anything ego threaded. The provari kit, I believe, doesn't come with the extension caps, so if you want to use different battery sizes you'll need that. There are also some very nice, and expensive, accessories out there for the provari.

On the other hand, like I said before, you could take the same amount of money and probably get 3-4 mods. If you go that route I'd start with the vamo v2(stainless steel), an SVD, and whatever else looks good to you. Get some really good batteries like AW IMRs, and possibly even a mech and the gear that goes with it as a backup/something to play with.

Or you could get a Reo, it's a mech, although there is a vv Reo also. The Reo is what I have my sights set on, it's incredibly sturdy, bottom fed, and supported by a great manufacturer and community.

Thx guys i think will get the provari but i also like the idea of a dna 20 device heard good things bout the dna 20 nes controller better vape and style but made out of plastic haha or could gey one made out of a metal cost more than provari tho /.\ but idk if the watt features would be worth it for a guy that rewicks with normal resistance coils

Save up another paycheck and get a Provari. It will last you years not months. One year warranty, option to purchase a second year at time of purchase (not needed). Even after the warranty expires, Provape will repair your Provari for very reasonalble costs for as long as you own it.

I love the MVP too and recommend them, but the built-in battery is not replaceable, and no one knows yet how long it will last. Plus, should it need repair, forget about it. It's made in China.
