It really depends on the main reason that you want to upgrade.

I suggest that you browse through my
Mods Buyers Guide not because it is an up-to-date listing of all mods (written over a year ago, it is not) but because it describes
parameters to use in deciding on which type of mod is best for you.
For example, two of those parameters are
juice-feeding and
shape. The Reo and other bottom-fed juice feeder mods are box shaped very different from what you are used to. Many vapers (obviously including mlinky and Kent) are very comfortable with that shape. And you may be. I prefer tubular. So, to provide that very valuable juice feeding capability, I like the cylindrical cartomizer-surrounding tanks that sit on top of a tube mod. [Also they
automatically feed the e-liquid to the atomizer/cartomizer ... no bottle squeezing required.] The Darwin is rectangular shaped.
Another parameter is
voltage. Your eGo-T is 3.2V; most mods (and some fat batts) are 3.7V; some are 5V or 6V; and many of the mods released in 2011 (and late 2010) are variable voltage. The Provari and Darwin are two highly respected (and expensive) examples of VV (although, technically, the Darwin is regulated power: an even more advanced feature).
With the availability of atomizers and cartomizers in so many resistance levels, there is a lot to be said for 3.7V mods: they let the atty/carto determine the intensity of the vape. Personally, today, I don't see much point to any other fixed voltage (e.g., 5V or 6V). VV is the way to go for anything other than 3.7V:
you determine precisely the appropriate voltage for the atty/carto, e-liquid, and your desired vaping intensity. Various plastic box mods give you this capability relatively inexpensively ... as does the tubular new
Lavatube.
Those are just three of the parameters to consider (although I did also touch on
price). The others (e.g.,
size,
mAh, and
switch) also are very important ... as are quality/reliability and appearance. Before laying out anything like two hundred bucks, think about what factors are most important to you ... and peruse the mods available today, e.g., using ViZi's comprehensive
Mods Database.
Enjoy the adventure!
