Hey all,

I started vaping a few weeks ago and I got myself 2 e-smarts which is great for on the go but I really need something better for home use.

I don't think I want a m-mod type of device since i'm still fairly new but what would be your suggestion? I want lots of vapor and a medium soft hit, and flavor of course.... I realize this is an overly asked question, just thought perhaps yall could advise me! What would be easy for me to purchase and efficient?

Thanks!

OK when you post in the Vets area you need to pile on the info. You did not give us a budget which is a big factor and because you posted in the Vets area you can't answer that question. LOL I assume an M mod is a mechanical mod. So I will dip into the extreme top end at this point. I'd get a SX330 or 350 mod the 330 goes up to 100 watts now and so does the 350. So that gives you either a custom mod or something like the IPV v2 or v3. On the lower end there is the Vamo V?. Don't know the latest and greatest of the Vamo. I have i believe a v5 I keep around but rarely us now. There is also the Hana or Cana DNA30. I am probably giving you a couple of leaps forward in the path to vaping but by going with one of the VW's I mentioned you may not need another mod for a long time in your changing vape habits. My history first mod 1000mah spinner, Provari, Vamo, Zmax, CANA DNA30, Seven 22, IPV v2, DIY SX350 60 watt. I hit 2 years on Aug 27th so that will give you kind of a time line for my changes. Many folks if not most go along this line. I started with clearo's and now Rebuildable drippers are my thing.

Hi Metrica. Since you're a new vaper, may I suggest you ask your question in the New Members forum, where you'll be able to tell us what exactly you're looking for, what you have tried so far, what your budget is. There are so many new great devices on the market right now. There really isn't one best buy--it all depends on what you are looking for and how much you are willing to spend.

That said, I usually recommend an iTaste MVP2 battery (if you don't mind a box shaped battery) and some kind of a clearomizer--I like Kanger clearos: T3S, eVod, ProTanks, Aerotanks (if you want a dual coil). :)

Good luck!

I'm going to add my voice to Katya and Ocelot's. I've got a ProVari and a couple of Kayfun's...they're amazing. But I find myself using my MVP much more than the tube. It's got a nice little box form factor, the battery will last me all day without dropping below 75%, and the Protank 3 / T3D / Evod 2 that I use work great and the coils are relatively inexpensive.
