Best place to buy 16500 batteries

is it just me having trouble finding good 16500 batteries? my buddy got this MINI TIGER_TELESCOPE_SIGELEI Electronic Cigarette - and it only fits 16*** batts and he's asking me to help him find em, and for the life of me i can't find anything besides wholesale options.

obviously i need to look harder, but i was hoping someone had a quick answer for me. also a site with some specs would be appreciated

The 16500 are hard to find, I have one mod that uses them and couldn't find them for a long time.
