Best place to buy bulk nicotine base?

Hello. I'd like the best info on where to get the best base so then I can just buy the nic free eliquid from here in australia (All they offer over here) to save on shipping. Also any info on how much to add 2 the flavoured liquid to much different strengths in mg. any info will be much appreciated.

Well Papa L had to point me in the direction of suppliers that ship to Oz as my favorites do not.

The strongest nicotine base I could find with international shipping was from Totally Wicked at 54mg.

Healthcabin.net and the other Asia suppliers just go up to 36mg.

I usually use Scubabatdan's calculator myself which is an Excel file and can be downloaded here.

Breaktru also has a highly regarded calculator that can be found here.

I highly recommend reading all the stickies on the diy-e-liquid sub-forum and looking at some of the posts too.
