Pretty much straight and to the point... I loved making my own shisha tobacco in my hookah days, and I'd really like to bring some of that customizability into my vaping. So basically, where's the best place to buy nicotine, flavorings, PG, VG, and bottles? Sure a lot of it will be opinion, but all the information I can get would be great. Tutorials would help too, but I might be able to find some of them on my own.
