be patient, usually it takes a good 2-3 days before tracking numbers start registering for packages comming from China. It happened to me every single time with other websites.

I sell things on Ebay and have been for a couple of years so I know how the shipping systems work my order was placed on the 13th its been more than a few days.

When I ship to a customer I check the tracking # first myself to make sure there isnt a problem. I even tell the customer it may take a few days to see tracking info.

I have allready said Im in no hurry I realize its going to take some time to ship from China.

The problem here is bad Communication by the merchant. Dont drag me along for a few days and not respond. If you do this on Ebay guess what you get? Bad Ratings and I am proud to say I have no bad ratings on my seller account.

Lastly I was right there is a problem with my order bestprice finally respond to my request today about my order only after I told him I was going to call my CC and dispute the charge.

My order cant be tracked there is something wrong with a few of the order tracking #'s for some reason he says its somewhere in New York.

Thats all I needed to know. I knew there had to be a problem when I get no response. He should have told me this first hand instead of stalling and hoping it would all go away.

He obviously doesnt have much experience in Retail/Mail Order and I do remember how it was early on when I first started. I had a package I shipped out destroyed by UPS and I didnt get insurance so I had to eat that whole order.

Thank You all that spoke up about issues you are also having Im sure at this point our packages are on the way and everything is going to be fine.

So no hard feelings dont get me wrong Im not out to get bestprice and hope he has learned a little lesson in Customer Service. Also to all those considering starting up a online business please always remember to take care of your customers without them you have nothing.

Exactly Lu. And to be honest, I'm disappointed because I really wanted to order from these guys...

Me too bri. Great prices.....but not worth the headache. I am emailing them tonight that if I do not get a tracking number by the end of this week, I will cancel my order. Then I'll take it from there. Their lack of communication is really annoying (and unprofessional!)....and will end up earning them a bad name (like e-cig.com). Will let you know how it goes.

Hey guys I now have 2 different tracking #'s for 1 $500 order LOL.

Both do say the order is in route to New York Whoop T Doo :D

Im going on a hunch here & wanted to see if our tracking #'s are the same LOL just curious how far the rabbit hole goes HEHE.

Those that dont mind please PM me letting me know its ok and I will simply PM you the #'s he gave me. You dont need to send me yours it can remain private if it doesnt match mine. If mine do match yours please let me know.

I really hope he isnt giving us all the same # to keep dragging us along.

This is really sad I really dont want to waste my time doing all of this.

I have a Ebay Auction expiring in a few minutes the bidding frenzy is under way LOL. I wish bestprice was here with me now so I could show him how to handle an order with a customer.

I am up late working on a Beta project among other things so feel free to PM me anytime.

OH FYI I am still on my first battery charge and Coffee cart for my Vapor King for almost a week now. I just took it out and it fired right up Yummy!

Just to let you know. I wrote an email and gave them til the end of this week (2 days) to provide me with a tracking number or I'm canceling my order and expect a full refund. I've waited over a week now and if they can't get my order out in 2 more days, then I don't want it....period.

Will let y'all know how it goes.

Well, my order with BestPrice is 70 bucks worth. Just wanted to give it a try and see what's going to happen. In the mean time I'm practically out of VK carts, so yesterday I placed an order for ECV92 cig and carts with ecigarettescanada dot com. It seems to be a shorter battery version of VK. Prices are slightly better then VK(conversion from CAD to USD). Anyway, this morning got a tracking number :)

Misery loves company ! I placed an order on 3-16 from Bestprice and my experience has been identical to everyone else's. No communication,No Tracking #,No Response what so ever from Bestprice. In comparison I had placed an order from Best E-cig and received conformation immediately, numerous e-mail responses and the package arrived yesterday. Starting to think this guy SMELL'S FUNNY !!! I will certainly deny the charges with American Express. I hope all isn't as it seems.

Just wanted to add my name to the growing list guys.
I ordered from bestprice on the 19th, and I've sent 2 emails through the contacts page, but had no reply whatsoever. His cart system still seems to be set up in its default configuration, so either something really is starting to smell fishy, or he's just a bit new to all this. Either way, it would be nice if he would come on here to reassure us all. I hope everyone gets their orders soon. :-(

Argh! Sad to say, I'm surprised more people aren't trying to rip people off. Hopefully he just got really busy? o_O And doesn't check his email often...

...i agree, something doesn't smell quite right....

So am I to be honest. We are a trusting group for the most part. It seems anytime a new vendor/supplier posts on the forum several of us go placing orders all willy nilly. I did it today with a new supplier in NY...hoping to find someone a little closer to home.

well I used a CC that has nothing charged on it so if this turns out bogus I will simply cancel the card completely :p

I got so many PM from people with same issues I decide will just post my tracking #'s here. There isnt any personal information with it if you track it so no big deal.

1 order thats right I got 2 tracking #'s for 1 order and they both now give basic info from the same shipping company en route to NY LOL.

Just PM me "mine is the same" if you have the same tracking # as mine and dont want to say here. If anyone else has the same # will give us a better idea if we are being scammed HEHE.

Once again I dont feel we are but I got to many PM's I really hope its just a noobie seller issue.

status update after multiple posting on this forum as well as numerous E-mail requests. If I do not receive a response within 24 hrs, I will be left with no alternative but to dispute and deny the charges for my order with PayPal and American Express. It is my intention also to lobby support to have you banned from this forum for your obvious
disregard of fair and honest business practices.

Just looked and there is some activity for one of my tracking #'s.

Looks like the package made it inside the U.S. and is now in the hands of Fedex :D

I hope this turns out good. I will keep yall tuned in on the progress of the order its currently in New Jersey.

I still dont have anyone with the same #'s as mine so I hope this is truly my shipment.

Those who have tracking please be sure to look at my previous post and compare your #'s to mine if you havnt allready done so.

OH another thing I think the only way to contact bestprice and get a response is by using the Contact Us at his website those seem to be the only replies I get in my email.

HEHE well it went from New York to a Newark fedex facility just a few hours ago so thats not exactly closer to TX but is farther away from you too :p

UH is there anybody in Newark that placed an order :confused: I hope not :shock:

I hope my updates are enough to keep everyones hopes alive.

I wouldnt cancel an order yet give it a few more days.
