The box looks exactly like the picture they have on their website now.

I also have the newer kits in white but actually think it might be a blessing since the other kits were said to be not as good so all in all I do have the suppose to be newer good kits HEHE.

I haveto get readay for work but will try to post some pics from my cellphone till my wife brings my darn Digi Camera home fro mwork :D

Everything is here just not right colors but I guess I will be happy I did get the order and dont have to go through a mess to cancel all of this.

Will post more info later tonight. OH there is the postman prob has my Puresmoker ordr LOL.

Edit: spoke to soon the AC charger adapter is missing I had one ordered will contact cigdealer I do have the usb chargers. I contacted him about the wrong colors and missing ac plug. I asked him what he plans to do about it so will see if he has learned anything yet about customer service.

Thanks to Dedulya for taking the time now I dont need to post any photos :D

Mine also came with the little inspector white cards dated 3-24. I know anyone can throw a dated card in there but is kinda nice to know they might really be new products LOL.

I had a chance to go thru the order tonight and sort things out for everyone in on my order. Im missing 1 AC charger, my car adapter doesnt fit neither of my models 808 & KR808D-1 :confused:

Also some of the 808 carts are empty like the Cherry & Apple :mad: glad I looked inside them before I connected the atomizer and burned it up.

I contacted bestprice at his website and asked for the missing parts and some cases for all my troubles.

I will say the kits do work good they are not 24mg high but listed as 16mg high so not as much throat hit but lots of vapor.

Im trying the flavors now to see what I like :D

Did you get your order yet?

No order yet...no confirmation email. I just opened a paypal dispute. I've been ordering stuff online almost 10 years and never had to do this before. What a shame these people don't realize if you don't have the resources to get orders out in a timely manner then get more help or shut down. To keep taking people's money and not delivering only puts them further behind.

One thing for sure....after this....never again....despite the prices. Burn me once, shame on you.....

If they at least answered emails timely....so you know what the heck is going on. Every email I've written has taken days to get an answer....and the last one....still no reply. The heck with this. I want my order, or I want my money....NOW!!!! :mad:

I couldn't agree more SambucaLu,

I ordered from him 13 days ago now. I've emailed several times and I haven't even received 1 single reply back from him. It's totally unacceptable. At the very least, he could have put a notice up either on his website or even on this forum, to apologise and reassure everyone that they would get their orders.

Like you say, he has our money, and he hasn't even got the decency to keep us informed about problems he may be having. How hard would it be to make one post to let everyone know what's happening.

I'm going to give it until the end of the week, and if I haven't received my order or at least an email, I will open a paypal dispute too. I'm disgusted by his lack of common courtesy towards his customers!

I definitely will never order from him again this was a horrible debauchery to say the least :D

OK I feel better now LOL Pocket Aces go to the link below for some good info with pics/tricks & links about the different types of the KR808D-1 and the manufacturer DT.

Save yourself a headache & just wait for the Vapor King to be back in stock if you want my opinion. According to chris should be in stock end of this week.

OK its been 2 days now with no reply from bestprice from his contact us website about my missing/incompatible items.

Hey but Im still getting lucky :D my car charger he sent that fits none of my items fits my AC/DC charger for the Pilot I just got from PS HEHE.

Anyone of you guys get your orders yet? All my stuff works good so far.

Bestprice you need to take note from the vapor4life forum so you can see an example of good customer service :p

Still not received my order yet. I know Philip ordered 3 days before me and received his Tuesday, so if they have any logic in their dispatches, I'm hoping like mad that I'll receive mine tomorrow. (I'm in the UK like Philip.) I'll be really disappointed if I don't. I'm nearly out of Vapor King carts too, so it would be really nice to get this delivered.

Cobalt, glad you managed to get use out of the car charger. I'm glad orders seem to be slowly filtering through for people now too. Hope you manage to get your missing parts sorted. I've got a strange feeling you'll be waiting a while though!

I received the order and everything is working good however as I explained before my kits are the newer 808 & 808-D1.

My order is missing the AC charger I paid for and the DC car adapter doesnt fit neither the 808 or 808D-1. Also some of the 808 carts Apple & Cherry for example are missing cores.

We need to work something out here pretty quick or I will be forced to open a dispute with PaypaL and my credit card company.

You can send me my missing AC charger, a 2 cig silver case and a 1 cig silver case and we can call it even.

I will give you till next week to respond if you dont respond by then I will be forced to take action against your company.

Im not out to get anyone just want what I paid for and even at this point being flexible about what I will get since the items missing are no longer for sale on his site.

OK, I'm not really familiar with this dispute stuff. I guess I had opened a claim but just now I "escalated" it to a dispute? Is that how it works? In any event, looks like paypal will now be reviewing it. This supplier is unbelievable, isn't he? Never seen anything like it!

It starts out as a dispute....what happen with a dispute is paypal puts a hold on the amount of the dispute, you have a length of time to try and work out the problem with the seller if you can't work it out either you or the seller can escalate the dispute to a claim, what you are doing at that point is asking paypal to investigate the claim. If Paypal finds in your favor they refund your money to your account. Just a side note, you won't know till the claim is closed rather there was enough money in BestPrice's paypal account to cover your claim....so you still might end up on the short end of the stick. If you used a credit card you can still go that route if you don't get a full refund from paypal. Hopefully since its escalated to a claim they will either provide the tracking number or refund your money.

Is there a way to edit the first post of this thread or warn other people about this supplier....sounds like some people might be ordering before they finish this thread.
