With a little bit of modding, it turns out they appear to be quite good, for the price.

I do understand that some people just are doing this as a hobby. I am a freelancer in software programming myself, and do other things also. But if I can make something, and I have a huge demand, I am already thinking about expanding and selling and marketing
Anyway too bad for most people, including me. The one who gets my actual money is the one where I can order it and don't have to wait 5-6 months. So be it if I need to use what most consider "inferior" products, but as long as I can vape and I am satisfied of the flavor I am ok with it

DFW vapor has the RAtank in stock for $71. I have been using my Genesis style since I received it with 400SS mesh and currently 33G Kanthal a1, five coil wrap to 2.8 ohms. I am blowing clouds of vapor, with perfect flavor, no dry hits even with excessive chaining, even has good throat hit with only 12mg 50/50 vg/pg blend. It all depends on who you want to impress. If you turn your nose up at it because it is "plastic", then it is not for you. If you want to spend a nominal amount for a great beginners Genesis unit that will bury your ... in a cloud, then get the RAtank. By the way the "plastic"

What is the price of the did's? On the website only quoted in euros. My RAtank never leaks unless I carry it around in the jeans pocket or some crazy crap like that. Good luck with your search. Plastic vaper out.
Current conversion rate is about 1.25 USD per euro, current price is $108.87
I had the RAtank for a while I could never get it set up right with mesh I sold it (I know it's designed for wick not mesh and some people have no problems) my DIDs rock I love these things and shipping from Greece is pretty quick
