I have a smoker friend who has tried my V2 cig-a-like a couple times and liked it. That's all I've been using for a year. On Monday (I hope) my Provari and ego twist will be arriving in the mail. I was thinking I might let my friend borrow the ego for a week to show him what decent vaping is really like. What I want to know is, what would be the most user-friendly apparatus to put on top of the twist so as not to discourage him in any way. I have some boge carts. Should i just give him a couple of those? I'll provide him with good juice from HHV and teach him how to refill, charge and all that.

Not by much. Its easier that you can see the level of juice & refill by just taking the drip tip off. But the worrying bit about them is the variance in quality from one to the other (even from same batch, same vendor).

I'd say go with the boges for now, as they are pretty straight forward and you've got them. If it seems to peak his interest then open the floodgate to the world of possibilities once hes settled.

You can easily use a tank with a carto. Converted 3 people so far. 2 of them are happily using passthrough 650's with DCT's. They are both light vapers and the USB charging makes me jealous lol. It's really the way I wish I started. None of them needed to use high nicotine, but they all agree anything under 11mg is too smooth... I can't wait for the day we can replace nic with something for a reasonable throat hit.

Just a thought but have you tried a higher PG ratio, as that can mimic a nic. throat hit?

+1 on eGo Twist - and I'd suggest the Kanger T2. My personal preference of course as I find them easy to fill, fits the Twist beautifully with no leaks (unless the clearo or the battery are knockoffs of course). I too am a technophobe, I just want to fill it 'n go- and T2's have cheap replacement heads so it when the atty quits, just pop a new one in and on you go.

Yeah its different than using high nicotine. Right now I'm using my own custom 3% solution in a mini ego with a mini dct. IMG_20130125_132548.jpg
