I researched the Evil Eye RTA before buying the Billow v2. I went with the Billow v2 because it had an quick adjustable airflow ring / space at the bottom that could catch any possible leakage. I believe the Evil Eye is also meant for 26650 battery size mods so it will be slighty larger than some of your slimmer 18650 mods. Other than that it appears to be a good RTA...definitely looks cool.
Anything recent by Youde "U.D". Billow V2.

Billow v2, best RTA currently out and at an amazing price. If you need further proff watch any review on it most of which have said no cons.
Ask 10 vapers and you'll get 20 answers.
I think the 5ml+ restrict your search.
The Lemo 2 is a great single coil RTA but can be a b**tch every now and then. The Youde attys are great too (imo)

See the photo I posted in that thread (page 4) of the Evil Eye on my Sig 150W. It doesn't look too bad considering the size of it.
Size of the tank means nothing to me. It's how it performs. Also, the Evil Eye holds 8 ml and that was also a selling point for me.
I have quite a few different ones and I prefer the Lemo. It is simple, tried and true by many, inexpensive ($30ish for authentic), great airflow...a good deal for me.
I just got my Lemo Drop today. WOW out of the box 1 ohm coil. It is amazing compared to my Kanger subtank nano 1.2 ohm. I wanted a simple to rebuild RTA and this is the one. I have been watching coil build vids all night and cant wait to try to build a vertical coil. And the flavor is amazingly better than anything else i have.
Max airflow and 5ml+ capacity? I'd definitely go with the billow v2 or zephyrus, they both have a 5ml max capacity, max airflow and good reviews - I think technically the billow has a little more airflow but can't confirm. The Evil Eye is the only RTA I've used since about a week after purchasing it, 3 months ago. It has a lot of airflow I always lung hit it, and it blows some mighty clouds as well but it's not really the "max" that you're asking for. It always wins for me because the flavor is incomparable to my subtank and goblin, plus the capacity.
Dual coil will use a lot more juice than single coil. You would be better off with a 5ml Lemo or SquapeR IMO.
The Erlkonigin sips juice. Best tank I have for juice usage and 6ml, but not max airflow.
