First of all, sorry for this same old repetitive daily ask question. Please please please forgive my laziness.
I want to buy a rta for the upcoming days long road trip, i did some research, and just realized there are just so many options out there

What i want from the rta:
leak resistance
single coil ( dual coil deck is fine as long as it can be built for single coil)
not too big
prefer top filling ( I mean it's not necessary, but it's nice to have this function)
I am a flavor chaser more than a cloud chaser.

Please advise me :)

budget, around 40..so i think clones are my choices...
21-23 is fine.
airflow hasn't been much issue for me. I find myself not needing too much airflow
I'm more info single coil build, 0.8-1.3 ohm, and i like high vg juice

go with the erlprinz or erlkonigin clone w/ a nano kit. and if you're into glass, ibtanked has them.

top fill, single coil, big channels for thick liquids, variable airflow, meets your pricepoint, on the flavor side of things.

I've also been on a search for my perfect RTA. I bought an orchid only to find I don't like the massive airflow it permits. Great for lung hitters, but not for mouth to lung like myself. After searching reviews and watching youtube for days, I finally ordered the Kayfun Lite+ just a couple of hours ago. I'm not crazy about the bottom fill, but if it works good enough, I will get used to it. Good luck on your search journey, everyone has a different opinion and I have decided the only way to know for sure is trial and error. Hopefully I find my favorite RBA before I go broke, but then again, I am not buying a carton and a half of analogs every week so I guess I can splurge a bit.

With those criteria... easy. Kayfun Lite +.

I love the KFL+, but in this instance have to disagree. The OP is going to be on the road and in my opinion the KFL+ is a high maintenance tank (i.e. needs to be rewicked often). If it were me, I would reach for my Rose: it's a difficult build, but it can go much, much longer without service.

I'm not necessarily recommending the Rose, and not at all if this is the OP's first rebuildable, but I think he should seek an RTA with greater 'build longevity.'

6 months ago I would have said the KFLv2, 3 weeks ago I would have said the Lemo, today I will say the ST Mini. The ST Mini is a very, very nice RTA/clearo. The airflow can be as tight as you like it, or you can run it wide open, which will rival many (non-cloud chaser) RBA's on the market. The RBA section needs a revision, as it tends to be difficult to separate the chimney from the base. The good news is, you don't even really need it because the Kanger OCC coils are VERY easy to rebuild and work great.
