I'm sure this has been discussed already but I couldn't find a clear solution. Anyway, I starting DIYing my own juices and looking for easiest way to try them out. I currently own an eGo-c and also use Boge Carts and DCTs with the eGo batteries.

What is a good setup for trying new juices without too much hassle or flavor crossing? I see a lot people on here dripping, but I never have tried it yet. It is a pain to fill the eGo-c with one flavor then have to clean it before I try a different one. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks in advance.

I've got a relatively cheap LR bridge-less SmokTech dripping atomizer that works great. Probably have run 10 different juices in it so far. Just gotta know to use two to three drops only on it. Any more and you'll have a mess to clean up. Dripping is an essential part of vaping. It allows you very easily try new juices without wasting cartomizers or other juice systems. A drip shield is also helpful if you decide to use dripping more routinely. A lot of people do because dripping gives great flavor.

I love my Innokin Lea for tasting. I got the Lea Kross with extra atties and cartridges for it, and it is excellent for dripping, which is ideal for me because I'm a constant taste tester. The little tank cartridge/mouthpieces that go with the Lea are super easy to fill when I'm ready to settle in on one flavor for a while, fast and easy to clean when I'm ready to switch. The kit comes with adapters so you can use any type of threading- if you have an atty you like better than the Lea's, you can easily replace it regardless of the threading, and it also comes with large cartos that will last for freaking ever if you're going to be out all day, and you can turn it off completely so the button can't accidentally fire in your pocket. It also comes with a clip on cap, but it only fits when you are using it with a carto- you have to buy a special cap for the type of atty you are using if you want it to fit with an atty. In addition, it's pretty discreet looking- capped, it just looks like a large, rather expensive pen.

I have found that the tank/mouthpiece thingie that the Lea uses depresses the flavor a bit for me- I much prefer direct dripping, but it still beats the heck out of cartos hands down. It's convenient, easy to clean and refill, battery lasts all day, it charges super fast and you can vape while it's charging. I really love it.

This is what I do...its quoted as I originally posted it in a previous thread...

Sampling new flavors can be fun, yet frustrating. The frustrating can come from many flavors you dislike, and even taste differences. The same fluid can taste completely different in different cartos or atys. When you use 2 different atys or cartos at two different set voltages/watts, then you may have a flavor that taste completely different and you may love it at one and despise it at the other...least for me thats been the experience.

For sampling, I use atys via direct dripping. The reason I do this is because you can clean the atys if you hate the flavor, but have to throw away a carto if you hate it. If I like it in the aty, I then try it in a carto that I put on my Provari. I then try it as different voltages (which equates to different wattages) to see how much I like it. If I like it in the carto at somewhere near my personal preferred voltages, that is when I will consider ordering more. I've had numerous times I have liked a flavor in my aty but not in my carto, so if it happens to you then you are no more crazy than I am. I've also stopped using most darker fluids, as they clog the heck out of cartos and require the aty be blown more often than clearer fluids.

As far as carto/aty brands, I personally like the Joyetech atys. I generally use both a LR and SR aty to sample juices given taste is not the same. For cartos, I've settled on Boges, which many people here like. I use LR for fixed 3.7 volt devices, and SR for variable voltage ones.

As far as devices, I like the Provari V2 as you can easily adjust the voltage with the click of a button. The Provari is one of the most liked units on this forum (but keep in mind there are many other great ones as well :)). But like everything else, preference is subjective.
