Best setup possible?

I'm still new so I don't really know all of the terminology yet but I'm trying to learn.

Anyway, let's say I wanted the best possible setup that still used a tank and didn't involve building my own coils and dropping the juice on them. I'd be looking for lots of vapor, ease of use and reliability. Is there anything out there that is close to being on par with the crazy mod's you guys have but without having to worry about the batteries, building coils, etc...

Probably the aspire Atlantis or the manger subtank. As for a device where you don't have to change batteries, maybe the new MVP 3? Or something with lipo batteries that has AT LEAST 30 watts.

Just as taste is subjective, so are set-ups. It will all depend on what you find fits your own taste in size, shape, budget. Istick with one of the aspire tanks or one of the kanger tanks. IPV with same tanks?

I would guess a popular answer will be aspire atlantis or kanger subtank and the new mpv3 or istick 50w.

I would just add that I used to think I didn't want the hassle of building coils but once I took the plunge and with a little practise it's not that bad

iStick 30W with a nautilus mini, atlantis, or kanger subtank. You can get prebuilt coils for all three.

Any of those combinations work nicely. The battery lasts a long time if you use the nautilus mini tank.

Works for me anyway.

As jwaterski says, "BEST" is all about personal preference.

If you are interested in subohm tanks, add to that list the new JoyeTech Delta II. It's not out yet but VapingwithTristed420 reports flavor is better than both the Atlantis & SubTank. It has not started shipping yet.

Just so you are aware all these subohm tanks will vaporize a lot of juice. Plan on learning to DIY if you don't have the vape budget for this.

I guess I'm still confused about subohm and what exactly that means. So I see with the Kanger subtank you need a battery over 30w, correct? I'm only 2 days into this so I'm totally green as far as what everything means.

You don't need the latest & greatest ..... or a mega watt device, or sub ohm!

Instead try one of these
Standard J-Tank (3.3ml) – ElectronicStix.Com
with these
510 Punched Cartomizers – ElectronicStix.Com
and find your sweet spot somewhere between 6 & 8 watts.

There is so much choice out there that it is pretty confusing to a newcomer.

I didn't want to jump right in to rebuilding coils and such nor go to mech mods immediatly.

I have several ego-type pen batteries plus an E-lvt dopro that I run a Nautilis Mini on. It works well for me

I have at least 2 of everything--back-ups for the back-ups

There is a ton of info on this site and some very helpful people--read-read and read some more. Some of my buddies aren't into that--they are hands on guys--loggers mostly. They learn by doing--they buy a bunch of gear and take it all apart to figure out how it works and go from there. Whatever works. Don't be afraid to jump right in--it ain't that hard

I'm not necessarily looking to upgrade, I'm just trying to get an idea of what good brands and products are so when I am ready I have a head start. Right now I have a 20w IStick with a Nautilus tank. It seems to working quite well but there are a few things I would like to work better. Some hits are quite harsh and don't seem consistent and I would like to produce more vapor but overall I'm really liking the experience and It has been officially 48 hours since I've had a cigarette (I was a pack and half - two pack a day smoker)

I would side on visiting a good, knowledgable and well stocked B&M store. Get advice there, as well as from the ECF family but visiting the store will let you have a hands on feel for the equipment.
Don't decide right there to make a purchase unless you want to support your local store. You also have the potential financial benefit of purchasing your chosen hear, online.
I won't stear you to anything or hold you back as I upgraded one week after my initial purchase and then upgraded again 1 week later

That's actually where I got my initial gear was a local B&M recommended by a bunch of guys from work that vape. Very nice owners that were very knowledgeable, I see that I could of save about $20 if I would of purchased my stuff online but that's ok, I don't mind helping out a local shop. The best part about this whole venture has been the girlfriend factor. She's been on my ... about quitting smoking and now she loves the smell of the vapor and is really proud of me for trying to get. It's really a win win!!!

Put it this way don't be like me and Im sure there are many out there. Dont go buying a mod that you will want a upgrade about 2-3days. Buy a mod that you can grow with because I promise you that you will be out searching for a better mod. I know there alot to learn but with Youtube there are many great review and if your smart enough you can learn the laws or rules of vaping. First and foremost battery don't buy it from ebay or amazon because you dont know if its fake or not. So buy it from a reputable place or your local vape shot. Ohm laws soon you will want to go subohms its great to know the laws and how it works so you dont go blowing your face of lol. Researching and learning is your number friend. My setup currently is simple Sigelei 150w with a Aspire Alantis I love it but like many this is not enough so Im gonna start learning how to build RDA. But best of luck.

I agree with kloverz, although I would add the vapor flask and hexohm and maybe take off cloupor. When you get a little more knowledgeable RDA's are the way to go for sure, clouds bro clouds lol.
