I am also wanting a way to test new flavors without having to fill a carto/clearo. Also, a way to direct drip vape for getting the best/most vapor possible...for vaping only a few drops at a time.

I test my new flavors in my baby T3 clearomizers or my eGo-C tank atomizers because I'm lazy and I don't want to deal with yet another head. If you want to experience direct dripping, get a good atomizer. A lot of people use 510 drip atties to test flavors--choose what you'll be most comfortable using.

All the batts I saw in the links were fixed voltage. The batts in the kit we recommended are variable voltage. It makes a big difference.

the vision kit is overpriced, you get too little features its limited. for that price, if you want true variable voltage you might as well just get a vamo v2 VAMO Variable Volt/Watt APV V2 solid machine i use it more than my provare

Vamo is a big mod. Some people prefer the smaller form of eGo-class batteries. :)

But it is a good value, if you don't mind the size.

I'm not looking for something quite that complex. I've narrowed it down to the 1100 twist or 1300 spinner.

Can't go wrong, really. I own and love both. If your eyesight is not 20/20, get at least one Vision Spinner--the voltage markings are much easier to read!

I like the Twist because it fits in the pen slot of my work shirt and will not fall out if I lean over, the Spinner is too fat for that, just an fyi if you vape at work.

You could hook a lanyard to it if you carry it in your pocket, at least if your Spinner falls out it has a lifeline. Both the Spinner and the Twist do not take drops well.

I use the Kanger T3 because it's slim but holds enough and also slips into the pen slot of my work shirt on the Twist nicely...

Most Spinners are almost the same diameter as the eGos--only the 1300 mAh is fatter.

I am curious where you are getting an 1100mah twist?

Knowing that it fits in a pen holder has me leaning toward the twist.

Spinner is just a hair bigger in diameter than the eGo (15 mm vs 15.5 mm?), and a tad :)D) shorter. But the 1300 mAh spinner is 16.8mm in diameter.

Thanks for the picture.
