Howdy folk,

Just got my istick30w and nautilus mini aspire 1.8ohm setup. Using a 50/50 SpaceJam juice. To be honest, not very impressed with either the flavor or the vape production. I get more vape of the spacejam juice using my vision spinner2 with a CE4 tank. Maybe it's just me...tho bought the above setup after a lotta delibration. Anyhow...it's a learning curve and a wonderful journey so far. Loving every bit of it so far; but, then again...

Now my questions are as follows, please help me out ( Ps:- I live in India, so ordering online not happening as it has to clear customs and Indian Customs are notorious for jacking people! ( Really don't wanna end up paying custom guy more than what the gear actually cost me. No point in that ! ) I can only ask relatives/friends flying in from abroad to get my gear whenever they are visiting. A cousin coming in Mid September...so hopefully she can get it for me. So now...

question 1. Will getting a sub-ohm tank with an istick30w do the trick in improving both flavor & vapor production?

question2. In a face-off between Aspire: Kangertech: Eleafus Lemo2, which one would you recommend along with their pros/cons. What is the max(least?) ohm an istick 30w will be able to handle?

question3. What ratio of PG/VG juices best go for sub-ohming? In the above mentioned tanks. Planning to order from MtBakerVape..so it has to be from whatever they stock. All/any suggestions most welcome ..want massive clouds yet want flavor & a tad bit of throat hit too. I guess, producing massive clouds is a bit gimmicky..yet...it's fun for me..a novelty factor to help me wean off smoking for good.

I would deeply appreciate if you good kind folks could help out a fellow vaper
For a 30w istick, I'd recommend the Kangertech subtank mini. It really does well at 30 watts or less, and having the rebuildable section will be way better than having to find coils for it. Most of the other subtanks take quite a bit more power.

I don't use 'em. But I do like my Lemo 2. It's my go-to tank nowadays. I like it better than a dripper. And it holds more juice. The 6mm chimney makes the game. Best of all, you can buy them authentic for 30 bucks and replace the coil for pennies with 15 minutes work instead of paying 20 bucks for a box of factory rolls that might or might not be good ones.
How's the airflow on that Lemo 2? Is it like a dripper?

Probably not quite that wide open. Close, though. It has a 6mm chimney and it is very free flowing (with the air adjustment wide open, it can also he closed down for MTL.) I think it is the best breathing tank, out of the box, I have. I have a few Foggers that breathe as well, but I had to mod them to get there.

There are LOTS to choose from and many good and decent choices. To recount my own experience with some of the tanks already mentioned in this thread:
    • Kanger Subtank-Mini - it is difficult NOT to recommend this tank. Wide range of factory and aftermarket coils AND a easy to build on deck. The deck is SMALL so your rather limited to how much coil+wick you can stuff in there but it can provide a decent vape. Reliable, I own three of them and never had a leak.
    • Kanger Subtank - I own two of these and they both 'whistle' when being drawn on. The build deck is much larger however takes away tank capacity. While the dude at the local B&M got one out and silently drew on it, I'm not planning on getting another one in hopes that it is quiet.
    • Aspire Atlantis(2) - while not the greatest amount of capacity and (stock) only supports factory (and aftermarket) coils the Atlantis is a decent performer. (I now use mine with an Anyvape v2 RBA)
    • Aspire Triton - some people love and others hate this tank. Count me in with the 'haters' as much as I wanted to love this tank it simply was not going to happen. (in junk drawer)
    • Lemo2 - some people love and others hate this tank. Count me in with the lovers, I own two of them and have them in my regular rotation. Very seldom leak, large build deck (room for two coils if you wish but built for one) enough air flow for my use and the air can be completely SHUT OFF for the M2L crowd.
    • Anyvape Furry - continuing my quest for the perfect top fill RTA the 'jury' is still out on this one as it may end up keeping the Triton company in my junk drawer.
    • Anyvape Sega - I kinda like this one. While it has the same issue with a very small build deck as the Furry, Triton and Atlantis (using the Anyvape v2 RBA) the top fill and capacity is ok. However I can stuff a much larger coil in the STM AND outfitted with a Fasttech topfill I think the STM is a better tank.
    • Billow v1 - I try to like this tank, I really do. While I've finally got a build on it that does not leak all the time my #1 complaint is that it 'whistles' to no end while drawing on it. While I don't much care for its single piece air tower design it does allow you to remove the top to refill it as well as providing a single screw on the bottom for refilling.
Currently my favorite in use tanks are the Lemo2's.

So, do you build single coils in it? Ever been able to fit a dual coil set up? For singles, vertical or horizontal?

    #1) yes

#2) lemo2 hands down. I've got both, and the lemo has better flavor, better wicking, and has a bit more room to work with on the build deck. Both are great tanks, the kanger does have factory coils in case you decide building isn't for you.

#3) I like 50/50. This will be a personal choice, especially if you have allergies with PG or vg.

It's a single coil tank. You might squeeze dualies in it, but there's not need. One does just fine.

Toss my vote on the Uwell Crown. I've had it for about a month and compare it to my buddy's Subtank and Triton. Better flavor and better clouds running on my Snow Wolf at around 85-90 watts on the 0.25ohm coils. Love this thing! I get the occasional dry hit and the only way around that that I've found is to poke holes into the cotton on the coil with a thumb tack (I now do this before I even install the coil and haven't dry hit since). No more dry hits and it lets just enough juice through on a 80/20 blend that it doesn't flood out. Most will claim zero dry hits on this tank, but you can read on here that "some" experience them like I do and poking those holes is the only remedy I've found. I'm fine with it, because it makes the coils perform as though should this way.

I tried the Ni200 coils as well and they put out great flavor and clouds as well running TC up to 600 degrees.
