Maybe he was trying to say that there is no pat answer to your question. There are alot of variables to consider. I would suggest doing some data mining on YouTube. PBusardo has a lot of good reviews.
Come on, you know it's so much easier to just post a question then get snarky when you don't emeidetly get the answer you want, then it is to research.

I also use the ego twist but I use a Kanger Pro Tank. I'm pretty new to vaping but this set up works great for me.

THIS^ my 1st vape was a Smoktech VV Gripper with a Kanger MT3 tank. But I have tried this exact set up with the twist and protank and Ill tell you honestly it performs better than the Gripper! The twist is a game changer, I think everyone who vapes should have one, even as just a backup.

Hey guys, i currently have the ego c twist battery with a random tank on it and it hits alright. I am looking for a setup that will provide the most vapor within my small budget. What are the best setups you guys have tried and used so far. Let me know please!

That is a VERY broad question. Mechanical mod? VV or VV/VW? Tanks? Carto's? Drip?

Based on you current set-up and the price range you specified maybe a Vamo V3 and a Gensis RBA clone. That would put you back about $75.

(I sound like a broken record today with all this Vamo stuff)

The "Best" vapor setup is the one that works for you. There are way too many variables when it comes to vaping, and its such a subjective issue that you are better off doing some research, getting your hands on devices/setups at local B&M's, and finding out for yourself what works and is "Best" for you.

I'd say if you've already found an ego twist setup enjoyable and satisfying then you're already on the right path. There are some vapers out there that never feel the need to move beyond that setup. There are also those of use who have made vaping a hobby and now collect mods and tinker with building our own coils. If you're looking for easy and cheap, there are plenty of options out there. If you're looking for not so easy and high end quality, there is also plenty out there. With a budget of $100, I think you can get a little of everything to find what setup will work for you. $100 can get you a regulated mod, mechanical mod, batteries, charger, rebuildable atomizer, quality clearomizer, wick, and wire. That coupled along with some research of what you think might work for you and I'm almost certain you'll find something that fits you and your personally vaping habit.

If you want something in a small form factor that does pretty much everything, the innokin iTaste vv v3.0. (Make sure to get the one that says iTaste VV V3.0 as that is the latest one with VV/VW.)
If you want something bigger, the vamo, the Zmax, or the SVD.
If you want to try box mods, the innokin MVP.
Although I haven't tried the SVD and Zmax yet, the others I have or tried and they're great devices.
You can find all of them at fast tech, although it takes a while to get to you because they are in Hong Kong, you can't beat their prices. I frequently order from them and never had a problem. Plus they are the only ones that I know that has warranty on everything they sell.
Hope this helps some.:)

I did not take any offense to not providing sufficient "tips or advice" to the OP and just providing a simple link to a site for "parts".. Helping a fellow vaper doesn't cost me anything. Pointing them in the direction to explore the best budget site available on their own just seemed like something I thought would be appreciated. Lesson learned.

Don't sweat it Nev, I think everyone but the OP got what you were doing.
