been out of vaping for a while and want to get back into it. Whats the new vv everyone loves? Looking for a combo tank or dripper. please let me know Thanks guys

Its like comparing apples to oranges, depends on your power/coil etc. needs.

In the mid watt range, my vote goes to the eleaf Aster 75 watt. Its light, looks sharp, easy to lock, so far fairly durable. I like it better then the Ola X heros, which are really heavy. The 20-30 watt I did a review on them (my one and only). There not too bad but they have some issues. There not spring loaded center pins and the screws holding the center pin plate eventually have to be replaced and its hard finding ones that work. If you put in screws that are too big, you make resistance problems on the coil, for yourself. The protruding screws touch the bottom of the atomizer and the ohm meter is constantly changing. They are about a year to a year and a half mod. After that, something seems to fail. On one of mine the soldering gave way inside the mechanism on the circuit board and it malfunctioned. On another sometimes the power just shuts down. I think what happened is leaking ejuice got on the circuit board and sometimes it just shorts out and shuts down. But the firing mechanism always works, even after lots of use. The spring loaded firing mechanism was usually the first thing to go on my old mods, which is especially true on old Lavatube clones.

Which means, you just never know until you use them. I think its important tho, to stick with reputable brands that have safety shutdown features when they short. (The ola X hero wont fire when there is a short, it actually has two circuit boards in the mod.) There was a kid in town who left his mod in his car, someone told me his car started on fire. They blamed it on the mod, but you know it could of been something else. I dont know which mod it was, but if you dont use the right batteries and get mods (vv ones) with safety features, there are risks. Obviously mechanical mods have no such features, so with them, you really have to know what your doing.

Ive got a Smok x cube mini 75 watt on the way. Dont know yet, but Smok is a really good brand.

I can tell you none of them are immune to to much abuse. My kid abuses them, so I bought him a Heatvape invader mini, with the shock proof plastic exterior. It looks like army vape gear. He wrecked that too. He wrecked the eleaf istick i sent him too, in about 3 weeks.

On combo purchases, I cant help you. Dont know havent looked at them.

These days it's not all about spending the most. There are some great options in the $50 range and nice drippers for under $30. With so many different setups and options, maybe if you tell us what you are looking for we could suggest something.
Alright so what im looking for is i guess is a box mod of some sort, vv/vw doesnt matter, something light and compact. But still has good battery life.im looking for flavor more than chasing clouds. I was more of a tanker but had drippers so im open to what give out best flavor. Any suggestions will help thank you

The eLeaf iStick Pico is fantastically popular. Small, light, great in the hand, dependable, inexpensive. I have several, which I use with Kayfun Mini 3s (mostly these), Goblin Minis, Doggystyle clone, Nautilus Minis. Everyone has their own favorite toppers, so I hope you will get more ideas. The Pico is an excellent place to start while deciding what exactly you want.

Too many mods out there to accurately recommend one but as for a combo Tank/Dripper I would look at the Steamcrave Supreme RDTA V2. It can be set up as a tank or a dripper and has been really easy to build and wick for me. if you are looking for a drop in type coil tank, I've lost touch with what may be good anymore, but it seems many have attained performance rivaling that of many RTA's.

Ill have to check that out. I found a mix that resembles gorilla juice sort of ,if you take dr. Crimmys banana puding and a good rye 4 you can get almost the same taste.
