Beverly Hills votes to outlaw tobacco sales in ordinance believed to be first of its kind in US

There was once an ad campaign with the slogan, "I'd walk a mile for a Camel". Well, there's pretty much no place in Beverly Hills that's more than a mile from the city limits.

Im left only w/notion that neither Council Member Lili Bosse nor Beverly Hills Mayor John Mirisch have even a grade school comprehension of science, to enact and even boast about such an ordinance. By continuation of high end cigars, while eliminating non combustables clearly states “health” concerns have nothing to do with this.
