Beware of Liberty Flights Super cheap Rivas

After using and actually loving LF for over a year I thought long and hard before posting this but feel as if i have to. Buyer Beware is appropriate when purchasing a Riva from here. I did and have actually given up in getting a working set. nuff said

If you have had problems with some batteries it is probably better to sort these out with the vendor, us, not too sure posting this without the issue being resolved is all that good form really.

still no go and no working set since January 10. If anyone does run into a problem, (you most likely will on a Riva set) deal with ty. If Abe gets involved the only action that will be taken is double talk and promises. I receive a PM or e-mail daily from him and do exactly as he ask with no results.

I'm not saying all the sets are flawed. I have a 3 month old ego and Riva set purchased from them that are great. The newer sets are nothing but major problems in my experience.

Just be careful. (see above post to see what I mean and still no working battery)

What the deuce?! Double talk? I don't know why we can't get this solved, there seems to be a miscommunication.

1) We ship you replacements.
or
2) We issue you store credit which can use in an order if you want to not have the same batteries again

I really don't know how hard it is for you to pick one of those? Now, if you have made a basket in the time that I have sent my last message and that has not been acknowledge yet then this is because I am just starting this shift, as much as I try to answer every message or problem within a short time frame it is not always possible, I am sure you can accept this if you thought about it.

P.S. You are also messaging me on this forum and via email, I know you are trying to help but it is making it very confusing and also seems to be not helping yourself as well.

That is an easy fix, I will pensively await your solution. (a replacement battery) I know, its a tough one

I am sorry but you have dealt with Ty serveral times last week, he gave you a free cone, there is a lot you are not telling people in this thread.

He gave me the cone because he said the only avaleable replacement with an acceptable cutoff was black. I already had a "FULL" SET OF BLACK AND 3 CONES FOR 3 BATTERIES; 750, 900 AND 1300. HE SENT A black replacement and since I had purchased a silver cone he replaced it with a black one.

in my opinion Ty is one of your BEST CSRS. It appears were where we were and I repeat what I said before, beware. No more, no less. If anyone considering a Riva wants a black set, go for it. If you want silver, forget it.

I do believe you did your best and Frankly, I consider my deal complete. I received another working black replacement with a 15 second cutoff. Its not silver but I'm firmly convinced its the best that can be done so thank you anyway and goodnight.
