I would've out-right refused right away to work on such a project. Although he does make a good point about whether he was an employee rather than a contractor.

It is really shameful that they would use people looking to get help to quit in any manner and have these scum report them as G.D. smokers so they could lose their HUD housing?
Not only might they lose their housing but it could involve losing their section 8 housing certificate!
