Dripping has really changed my vape experience. The non-dripped juices (from clearos) taste so bland in comparison, and the vape is so much less dense. Is it just the dual coils I'm using in my dripper, or the cotton wicks, or the fact that all my clearos are bottom coil, or all of the above? Also, the dual coils consume juice at an alarming rate.

After the logic cigalike i got a standard volt battery with a ce4 and a menthol flavor i really liked (shocker from liberty vapor) and then switched to the EVOD, and ordered an igo-f the evod made my ce4 useless especially after rewicking with cotton but the igo-f is all i use now, dripping for me too has spoiled me, but with a single 1.8oHm coil after my .8 microcoil had been sucking up my juice, maybe if u build to a higher resistance youll find, like me, that the flavors just as good and you can save some juice, i cnt rly say why clearos taste so little but even my lowest rebuild in a clearo gets less flavor and vapor than my highest oHm build in my igo-f im not really sure why

05/23 Entry . . .

Glad the information I provided was helpful to everyone . . .:D
(Matter of fact, I have just created a "Blog" with all this Information here: Taking Vaping Gear & "E-Liquids" On A Plane Trip . . . in case anyone ask on ECF . . . )

5/23

I fly quite a bit, but haven't since I started vaping. I hadn't even thought about how I was going to fly with my vape gear. :vapor: Thanks Uncle, that was most helpful! :2cool: Until I find a better vape travel case, I've been using a mens style "overnight toiletry bag". So far, it's been working for car travel.

I actually was using a "Ditty-Bag" ("Men's Toiletry Bag") until I found the "Zune" case on sale at one of the Office Supply Stores for only $5.00 ("You" can even find them online & at Amazon for even less now: Amazon.com : Zune Gear Bag Zune Gear Bag : MP3 Players & Accessories if Ya' want one) . . .

BTW: For those who maybe interested - here is an actual picture what I travel with when I take a Plane or just go on any trip when I NEED to take some of "My" Vape Gear for a Week/Weekend:

Looks like a nice case Uncle... may have to check into them. It has been a hectic day here and even early this morning the stores were packed and was not fun but went anyway...I didn't need anything but my mom wanted strawberries and ice cream so I went and secured these sacred items for her just to make her smile. I hope everyone has a fun and safe Memorial Day weekend. Remember those who gave us this opportunity to have this holiday and way of life.

Happy Birthday rbeckys8 :)

I am inspired to do my next diy craft project after seeing uncle's zune case - which is just great! I have so many little bags/cases/purses etc. and I can sew a little bit, so I'm going to try and find some elastic webbing and create my perfect vape travel case.

I think my brother has some cases from some ear buds or headphones that may be better (stonger material and maybe better sizes), so I'm going to take a look at what I can "borrow" from him! :)

Ever since I started vaping, I've noticed a lot of vapers of all levels of experience use cartomizers, either by themselves or in carto tanks. After seeing them a lot on videos and elsewhere, I decided to give them a try. I've always liked the look - very sleek and simple. And those carto tanks are lovely - I've spent hours perusing the ones on IBT; but I had always resisted them for some reason. So I thought I would give the carto a try and got some Boges. I watched a video explaining how to fill them etc, and took the plunge.
I hate to say it since they're so popular, but I was really disappointed in the whole experience.
It takes forever to get your juice in there and the only way to know it's full is a big puddle on top, or it just leaks all over the place. And you don't know it's empty until your polyfill is burnt to a crisp and it's no longer useable. And they get really hot! Vaping on a carto more than a few toots in a row almost burned my lips. None of my driptips seem to fit very well. And what the heck is polyfill anyway? That wicking material just seems nasty to me.
I can only assume, because so many people use them exclusively, that it was pilot error. I must have done something wrong or hurt someone in a previous life to have such a profoundly bad experience with them; but I remain baffled by their popularity.

I have a carto tank sitting around that I still have yet to try. It was given to me by someone with a low opinion of them, so I was not surprised to read the post by Noble Gas. Kanger tanks and some some ce4 clearos are all I have ever used, but I suppose my curiosity will force me to give the carto tank a try at some point. They are sure popular, so there must be something to them. Maybe it is just a matter of when one started vaping. When I started it seems that carto tanks were not as popular as someone that started a couple of years before.

I won a carto tank a few months back and it took me some time before I tried it out...mostly because I didn't really know how to use it. I'm a bottom coil tank person and I get set in my ways. I did, however, like the vape from my the carto tank when I did finally try it. The tank is a smoktech pyrex UDCT, and it looks really great....but I don't really think I'll be buying new cartomizers for the tank anytime soon since I have so many coils for my protanks (plus I can rebuild them).

I too got a couple small cartos thinking be good to try my diy juice figured be easier then a rda re-wicking them for each new juice. but no don't like them, either I did it wrong or something. Taste was horrible, got too hot and burnt tasting at the end sigh. Im sticking with my Igo and re-wicking for each flavor.
