Fenway75: I have huge hands (I can span a tenth on a piano keyboard). Plus, they shake when I get nervous. And my eyes are just awful because my glasses Rx is about 5 years out of date. But - I had the same experience with starting small on kanger
coils, just pulling them apart and replacing the flavor wicks with a single strand of 2mm silica. And yes, it eventually led to rebuilding and dripping. My saving grace was a $35 gooseneck magnifying glass from Office Depot. I use it every day, and it makes rebuilding SO much easier.
remark: You're welcome! You really don't need to be that careful, though. All my devices have batteries in them all the time, no problems. They're relatively safe because they're not charging or discharging. I do, however, keep my charger inside an old cookie tin (with the lid off), just in case something goes wrong while charging.
skydragon: I feel your pain. Both my more expensive vv devices failed within a week of each other. It's so frustrating that the more I've spent on devices, the less longevity I get. That's just not right.
